I had a takeout order at this restaurant. I always ask if the chicken is fresh meaning hot, and if they would fix my potatoes and gravy fresh instead of having it sitting on the warmer prefixed. The last time that happened my potatoes were sour. On this particular day, I ordered a three piece white and was assured the chicken had just come up. I took them at their word, I didn’t check the potatoes since these ladies have seen me at this location before. When I got home, the potatoes were ok, but the chicken wasn’t fresh. I like hot chicken and I don’t mind waiting for it. So, I boxed it up and took it back into the store. When I went back to the location there were a lot of people in the area either dining in or getting off work. When I walked up with my bag, there was a young lady at the counter top named Robyn Davis. This young lady didn’t greet me, but what I observed was that she was staring at this lady and vice versa the lady did the same. Now grant it, the lady was old enough to be her mother or grandmother. Since, I wasn’t greeted, I asked what’s going on here? Robyn Davis stated, “Y’all keep staring at me.” I told her she was unprofessional. She shouldn’t be addressing customers at all, that she needed retraining, and she ought not treat customers this way etcetera & etcetera. She was dismissed, the lady stated that she’ll take whatever just to leave the store. This food chain & the environment is awful. There’s two kids in that location that has more professionalism than the adults. I don’t blame the young lady because she’s a child, but I do blame the people that supervise this young lady. I pulled Theresa to the side to mention this, she agreed wholeheartedly and apologized, but I advised her that this young is able to do this because that’s the environment of this location. Allow me to walk you through my experience starting at the drive thru I pull up to a sign that states mic not working you can clearly hear I wait 10min then pull to window I asked to order there was a mentally disabled gentleman at the window who advised the driver thru works and I needed to go back around to order so I went back around to the drive thru and again waited 10 min so I drove back to the window and was greeted by a older black woman who then told me I have to order inside so I park and go inside I stood in line do 20min no one was taking orders and standing around talking then the gentleman I mention earlier starts taking orders it is taking him a long time to do all orders because he is either not understanding what customer is asking or having issue counting the money while wait I notice the older woman taking orders at the drive thru where I was just at so now I’m losing all patience I final get to the gentleman and I ask for a manager he just looks around and walks away 5 min a woman ask how can she help me I asked if she was the manager and she was I explained my situation and she acted if she did not care and ask what I wanted I advised I wanted my food fresh because I noticed it had been there the whole time she said 10 min wait so I ordered 12 piece wing ghost pepper small fry small drink and a biscuit the order I got was half ghost half sweet small fry and no biscuit I was so upset I left the drink and had to come back for it I did not notice the biscuit was not in the order till I got home. Read moreIf I could give zero stars, just left this facility where I stood in line since 950 only to make it to the register at 10 PM for the young man to tell me the inside is closed in such a rude manner where he had just gave two gentlemen of the LGBTQ community the best customer service that were ahead of me I had ever saw in my life. I was so grateful smiling only to get up there and be treated so rude. The smile was completely cut off and I was told the inside is closed and I was like what do you mean is close close I said so you can’t take my order no I said so. What do I do now? Do I have to go through the drive-through yes very very unprofessional. Very tacky and very absurd to me. Just try to speak with the manager over the phone I didn’t get an answer. My advice is if you don’t like women or don’t like your job find something to do at the back where you don’t have to deal with customers I was first intrigued by the service. He was given the gentleman and was in great spirits because I thought I was gonna get the same treatment only to get the total opposite.
