One of the worst customer service experience that I ever encountered. I ordered a pizza for a senior citizen in Oak Cliff. It was scheduled to be delivered by 6:16pm. It did not arrive. I called at 6:45 and they said “well it’s out for delivery and if it does not arrive in the next hour, give us a call back.” My response was, an additional hour? How is that even an acceptable thing to say? She then got Ruby, the manager who repeated herself and said if that wasn’t good enough that I would need to contact DoorDash. That vendor relationship has nothing to do with me. She said, well that’s who we use to feel free to call us back, thank you and hung up.
I called back to tell her how rude she was and asked for a corporate complaint number. Her response was “You can find it on Google” and hung up again.
I called a third time to again obtain the number and this time when I asked for the manager Ruby, that person hung up on me.

The first time I ordered, I waited in the restaurant waiting for my food for about 40 minutes even after coming from the 20 min wait time. Second time, same, waited longer than quoted. Third time, delivery, I received multiple calls saying they don’t have cheese sticks, or bread sticks, or the garlic knots, or any kind of side. But only dessert. And the fourth and last time I will be ordering from them, delivery, waited about 40 minutes(normal for delivery) ordered a 2 liter Pepsi, and I called after the delivery driver left waited on hold for 30 minutes, then they couldn’t find my order. Than said the driver gave me my 2 liter Pepsi. She gave me my receipt said bottom two are mine, and than handed me my pizza. My bread sticks were just bread nothing on them. No toppings. So when I got a call stating that they were out of the boxes pan pizzas I was cool but the person who called me was extremely rude and literally rushed me off the phone when he called he started I can order something else or be issued a refund so I’m like ok I don’t know what I want but I know I want to order let me look at my app, this man was like I’ll just issue you a refund repeatedly after I told him geez give me a chance to choose something else…silence from him only thing I heard was deep breathing due to aggravation like it’s my fault.
