PT's Fried Chicken & Fish — Restaurant in Dallas

Nov 2nd, 24 After helping my Sister with an estate sale, I decided to go to PT's to pick up me some fried catfish, I've ordered from this neighborhood establishment before, so I decided to try them again. First thing, I wasn't aware that they closed at 8:00 pm (my bad!!) I got there around 7:20ish I ordered a 4pc catfish fillet fried crispy, I was asking the cashier a question, when one of the workers came to the kitchen door and mouth off, we got it! I said ma'am I'm just asking a question, Well, her or him which ever is the case, must have been the cook, when my order was ready someone from the back yelled 4pc fillet extra crispy, when the cashier gave me my order, she said your fish ready extra crispy, I said extra crispy, the cashier laughed it off, nall I'm just playing, it's crispy When I got home and opened my food, it was horrible!! The fish was fried so darn hard!! you couldn't break the piece of fillet in half, when I picked the fillet up all the crumbs just fell off, I tasted the fish and it tasted like they dumped a whole box of salt on it!! I'm not going to address the substitute of fries for the dirty rice!!! I've patronize with PT's before, BUT I'm done!!! I don't have money to throw away like that!! I will NOT recommend anyone to PT's, each time I've tried to patronize in my neighborhood I get questionable service!!! That's why I keep my tank on full, so I can go out to get decent food and service!!! I wish I could attach a picture of this mess so yall can see it!! Oh let's not forget No this is not CATFISH!!!...

Had the worst experience from this location. I placed my order at 2:25 pm from work for a 3:25 pickup which is only 15 mins away. I pulled up at 3:20 and nothing was ready. I was told 12 min wait with an apology after asking if I was a door dash and was offered a free kool aid. 15 mins went by nothing 30 mins nothing. 3-4 other customers came in after me and another lady. Still waiting now I’m getting upset. Those customers that came after me recieved their meals and went on their way. When I asked what’s going on why am I still waiting. The young lady told me well it’s because you have a large order which was a 10 pc plus red bean and rice and okra and 5 wings. I said well I placed my order at 2:25 y’all should’ve got started at 3 why am I still here…she popped an attitude and said well it’s just two of us. I looked in the back and seen 2 others listening to music. No managers on duty and these young kids/adults were just standing around until they seen orders coming after mines. Idc about how good this food was/is these associates need to understand about timing and processing and customer satisfaction. I worked in restaurants for over 10 years and this right here is not how you conduct business. Especially if it’s an online order placed over a hour ahead...
