I've been coming to the clinic for over a decade and never had a problem. I've given good reviews. I ponder if I was going to write a review regarding about what I'm currently dealing with. The doctor's are great and their assistants. I've always gone to the same doctor. This time it was a woman and she did fine. My concern is for those who are at the front counter. I did my eye exam at the end of August and have yet to receive my glasses. It is now October 17th and still nothing. I'm thankful that I have back up ones but my prescription has changed. They work with no urgency, lack accountability or follow up. I sent my expensive frames to have my new prescription put in there. They did tell me it was at my own risk and although these were purchased from them they would no longer be under warranty. I was given a 2 week turnaround and after almost a month I had to call the clinic. When I called I let them know what I was calling in regards to. She told me she would have to see where they are and call me back. This was mid September. When she called she told me the lab had broken my frames. SAD!! I asked why didn't anyone reached out to advise me of this information. She told me they may have been calling the wrong number because they didn't get anything. My thoughts were. The same lab you been working with for years!!!!!!!! Yeah that sounds make believe. Well, I still requested my frames back and she told me I could get some from there. I let her know I didn't like any of those that I saw when I was in there. I would look for others and call back. I would say about two weeks past and I called with my new frames. All this for her to only tell me they had canceled my prescription. Which is funny because the length of time y'all had me wait to found out my glasses were broken. Just WOW!!! And if I had never called. I would have never known!! The story goes on. Well, I gave her the number to my new frames. She told me they would call me on the first Thursday of this month. Which they did. They got them order and again here we are the 17th and still no frames..I called earlier this week to check on the status and the girl had no update and stated the person who makes the purchases was not in but they would called me back on Thursday, today. Yet they did not call. I called them. And again no one picked up or called me back. In this same week I called my insurance and told them I no longer wanted to do business and would the reverse my claim. They told me they would reach out to them to see what happened but can you guess... Yep no answer. Atp I really wanna just cancel. Somebody call me back. I just want to cancel everything. Read moreI attended my annual exam a little over a month ago. The wait time was unusually long, and I did not see my primary doctor as I normally do. At the conclusion of my appointment, the front desk staff appeared to be in a hurry to leave for lunch, repeatedly mentioning it during our interaction. I politely asked if I could wait inside for my ride, as they had not yet arrived. The staff member responded, “Yes, we are on lunch time,” but still proceeded to open the door for me to exit.
As I am pregnant, I did not feel entirely safe standing outside alone; however, I complied and waited outside.
This week, I returned for a follow-up appointment due to discomfort with my contact lenses. The visit with the doctor went very well, aside from the lengthy wait time. Once again, I appeared to be the last patient of the morning. As the lobby was empty when my appointment was over. After the examination, the doctor coordinated with the front desk to schedule my notes follow-up.
I mentioned to the front desk staff that I had selected a pair of glasses. She was on the phone, so I sat and waited patiently for her to finish. However, she continued to answer incoming calls without acknowledging me. Feeling overlooked, I left without receiving assistance. I have not received any follow-up communication regarding my eyewear selection or patient care...
Read moreAmazing!!! I was skeptic in taking my daughter here because of all the bad reviews but I had a hard time finding a clinic that would see my 4 year old and this ended up being my only option. Let me point out that you are only allowed one person inside with the patient therefore if you have more children you will have to arrange to leave them elsewhere but that is the only downside. Other than that the service was awesome! My 4 year old was really nervous but the guy that did most of her testing was super friendly with her and made her feel very comfortable. Everybody treated her very well and they were incredibly patient with her. Dr. Kumar did a great job in making sure I fully understood everything about my daughter's vision. When it was time to pick out her glasses they pointed out which section was covered by our insurance and they allowed us to browse comfortable without anybody hovering over us.
