Bland food. Only 2 waitresses. Too busy doing the truck to serve. (Food trucks usually come same time every week) Was given my food minus the gravy I ordered and wasn't asked if I needed anything. Needed butter. Waited 15min to flag someone down by then food was too cold for butter. When I told the waitress my food was too cold for butter she offered a heat it up not to give me fresh food. If I wanted to microwave my food again I can do that at home not in a restaurant. Don't recommend. Didn't finish my cold food. Was my first time trying it out and was disappointed. Waffle House has better food/service.

I work in customer service. Seen several customers there from the business I work for while I was there. I was compassionate, I left a tip and didn't want to and also had left out of my review that the table was dirty and no one wiped it off but me and ALSO the waitress unloading the truck brought me my food without washing her hands not wearing gloves after I loading the truck. As the owner, I would think you would have extra help on truck days so that your main source of income (yah know us customers?) wouldn't have bad experiences and would want to come back. They were working hard but my food was still cold to the point I didn't finish. I've heard good things about this place and my mom wanted to try it so I thought I would give it a try before I brought her. I've also read through your reviews and I wasn't the first customer to say their...
Read moreWe cannot review the food as we were never greeted or given menu's. We noted that two men that sat down a few minutes after we arrived were waited on before us. We chose not to bother because none of the wait staff were wearing masks, which forced us to question what the kitchen staff was doing. No disabled parking whatsoever!!!! Doesn't this violate GA or Federal Law? There was one patron in a wheelchair, but I wonder where they parked as there is only a dirt parking lot and only 3 spaces in front of the restaurant. This is an atypical small restaurant and appears to be popular among locals. There are minimal attempts to protect customers especially in the proximity of seating, they had flimsy cardboard dividers that would be ineffective against an airborne virus. A couple of restaurants we have been into in Paulding County have spaced out their seating and require their staff to wear masks. This gives a clear indication the owners of this restaurant do not take this pandemic or the safety of their customers seriously. My guess is many of the customers themselves are not concerned either, a phenomenon familiar in Paulding County. Most likely won't bother going back since the wait staff showed very little interest in...
Read moreThe food wasn’t bad but the quality of the food was disappointing. Waitresses were very friendly which was good. The atmosphere was pretty bad if I’m honest. The booths were all crooked and sideways, one customer couldn’t even fit into her booth and had to wait for another to open up after the waitress told the customer”those don’t move”. The floor and where the booths touch the floor was very dirty. I guarantee it wasn’t cleaned in three days. The walls had holes everywhere where the booths had hit them. I’m not sure what happened to the restaurant, it looks very lively and pretty inside from some previous reviews I read from when the restaurant was Sugar Biscuits. Btw, the menus and receipts still say Sugar Biscuits. Overall, a mediocre experience especially for such a great location right by...
