They don't answer the call (95% of the time%) and give reasons/lies like problem with phone, on another call even though it's directly hitting voice mail and the phone is dead ( have experienced the same multiple times when I was there even today). Experiencing the same problem more than a year. Most of the time end up trying reaching them all the way driving( almost 12 to 15 miles one-way) finally to hear item not available or else end up landing there, order and wait for almost 30 minutes for a to go order. Have seen really busy restaurants with more than 100 people capacity and people waiting answering the call. Have informed to team there and so called in-charge multiple times who said things will change from Jan 2019 during December/November 2018. Today his response was what's my problem and if I like buy it but things will be like this and gave an excuse of today being weekend(before 8:30) for item out of stick and not answering call. Forget about regretting for inconvenience caused but the attitude is totally unacceptable that too in a service industry. Not trustable one. Should have real patience which will be...
Read moreIt is located at a very convenient location right outside McCulum Communities and Ashwood. The restaurant is quite small with a 10-12 people seating arrangement at best. It looks like prefer orders for takeaway to dining in as they only have paper plates to serve to customers dining in.
Their menu is very limited with some biryani and appetizer options. We ordered 2 singaras (they called it samosas), Chili Chicken, and 2 Indian Chai. The Samosas were great tasting just like I had back in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Chili Chicken was also excellent with a hint of sweetness and bright colored with Indian Spices. They should provide options to buy naan or parathas with this item. The Chai was a disappointment as I found it too spicy, not my kinda milk tea. Overall it was an average dining in experience but I may try out their biryani sometime to give them a...
Read moreTerrible customer service. Specially by the lady(owner) itself. It was electricity breakdown in our community but they had it somehow, I called them asking whether food will be hot or not because I will be picking it up only if it is going to be hot since there is electricity breakdown and she said we have it and don’t threaten me. I was like, I don’t have money tree. Of course i will only buy hot food! They gave cold biryani when there wasn’t any electricity issue but they never owned it. Terrible terrible service. I would love to see when they will have no customers because of this behavior. They should be grateful to international student because of them their business is alive and they talk like that to them! Disgusting....
