The Lodge — Restaurant in Dallas

I love the Lodge...for the most part. Tonight was a horrible experience. I have typically gone on Friday nights and it had been amazing. The majority of the girls are gorgeous and the waitstaff is attentive. The only issue I have on Friday’s is that the managers are interrupting dances in the middle of them to attempt a bottle service. I went on Saturday this time and it is a completely different story. The girls were not as gorgeous or talented as the ones I’ve seen during the week. The waitstaff was not attentive and had no knowledge of the menu. When my card was to be charged my bank thought it could have been fraud. After I confirmed the transaction and had her run the card again I checked the account. They had charged my card 5 times! Three times was for $100 and the other two were for the amount of the transaction. When I brought their error to the attention of the waitress she got an attitude with me. Stated that she worked at a bank and that the transaction would fall off. I have worked for banks continuously for the last 10 years and any bank employee would know that the charges were charged on the card and the funds held on the account. She tried to brush it off to say that she didn’t know what else to tell me and that they will fall off.

This is completely unacceptable customer service. Having about $500 on hold by the bank due to your error is not okay and it should have been rectified by the manager. I will definitely never go to the Lodge again on a Saturday night. Make sure not to have Stephanie as your waitress either.

Some great waitresses on Fridays that are amazing and sweet are Alice and Leti. Just be sure to avoid Stephanie at all costs. If this was my first visit I would never return again. I would have given 5 stars based on all of my other visits but this would have been 1...

Fully expected to come here and have a great experience. Terrible service ruined that on this visit back in April. It cost me $5 to get in. I seated myself in the back area by the restrooms and bar. The table I sat at looked a little dirty (marks on the table top from where drinks were etc). After sitting I waited a couple minutes and a waitress approached me. She put a drink coaster on my table and just stared at me. I actually had to initiate the greeting with her saying Hello" and she responded in kind and then continued to stare at me. Feeling a bit uncomfortable, I asked her for a lunch menu and then she somewhat angrily replied "What do you want to drink?" I told her water with lemon which is what i drink at all restaurants.

She brought me back the water with lemon and a food menu. She didn't say another word to me. I looked over the menu and expected her to return but she didn't. She stood up by the cashier register at the bar and seemed to just be hanging out. I gave her the benefit of the doubt..ie maybe she is doing some work but I waited and waited and waited and she never budged and she wasn't helping any other customers either. Finally, she disappeared from the room only to return a couple minutes later and seat herself at the middle of the bar and begin eating. I had been sitting here waiting for quite some time and had already decided that I wasn't going to tip her which would be the first time in 20+ years that I haven't left a tip for someone.

It was quite apparent that she had no intentions of coming back. So I left completely dissatisfied without having even placed a food order. This club is supposed to service high end customers but they can't even provide the most basic service much less...

We went to Lodge for the 1st time last Saturday night (Couples Night) went another couple( Close Friends of ours) and it LITERALLY was the best adult entertainment establishment we've ever been too! The management greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in. He was super nice and genuinely welcoming. We arrived at 845pm and he immediately let us know there was a dinner special for couples that was $40. He quickly sat us at a table of our choice and made sure a server got to us asap up take advantage of the deal. The food was GREAT! Our server was new but she was amazing! Very attentive and had great conversation. Now for the girls! First I want yo thank the hiring staff! The girls are every color and look you could possibly want! They were all gorgeous! They even had more mature women who really were in shape and looked wonderful! Also let me say that in a world of BBLs and these ridiculous looks I'd say about 90% of the butts we're real! That was really impressive because if I see a bunch of fake bodies in an establishment I leave immediately! The clientele that attends is also top notch and classy! I love that a bunch of wild and seemingly classless people don't attend this lovely place. We will definitely be back and are bringing...
