I wanted to come and leave a review and share my experience because I’ve never had a section before and I wanted to do something different. The person who helped me book answered every question was very nice very understanding of my concerns and made this night possible to me and helped me out with the scammers who say they work for the club. I had an amazing time and turned out with a couple great photos but there were some things I did not like and just hope for the future can be addressed and handled differently. I wanted a specific section for my party because I wanted to make sure we fit and had a good time and was not stacked on top of each other. Majority of the place is booths so that’s a plus and when I expressed my concerns with the actual manager I was not ignored and accommodated and I apologize if I was annoying but as you all saw we could not fit in the first one but that’s ok. The other thing is a guest from my party was escorted out without anyone’s knowledge. I get it if someone is causing an issue or do something it needs to be taken care of but my brother was taken out side while he was clearly intoxicated and anything could have happened because no one knew. We are all having drinks and many time went to use the restroom so we only found out he was out there because we started looking for him when he was gone for too long. I feel if someone is on the edge of getting put out it needs to be taken up with who that person came with so it can be fixed accordingly because we do respect the establishment, we also spent alot of money there and it was our first time but no matter what no one should be taken outside alone under the influence because that was not safe at all. I also was a little disappointed because I was asked if I wanted a flyer made to be posted on the profile. I was fine without it because I didn’t know that was an option but since it was brought up to me and I got excited for it I felt I should have been posted on the site as it meant a lot to me and I spoke to my friends about it, I wasn’t too shocked tho because it seems the page really only focus on latinas & more of the Hispanic side. The club is diverse and fun but you really wouldn’t know that based on who’s posted. I saw only a few blacks girls posted and on the night of I booked one of my friends was posted with her head turned away from the camera but that was really it. I was hoping to see more and be one of the line ups as well since the flyer could not be posted but it’s ok I still has alot of fun and definitely would do it again just a little more detail next time and know exactly what to expect. It was okay . Just very unorganized. I got a section my birthday which allowed 5 guests. When we got there 3 of us was there and 2 were near so they allowed us to go in and long as they had a name they could get in they maybe where 5 mins once we got in. Once we got put to our section maybe 10 mins later my 2 friends called saying they can’t get in and had to pay 40$ to get in because the bottle girl told them they we already had 5 guests at the table which was a lie. Before booking I had asked questions which was told i was allowed a sign with a purchased of a bottle. When I purchased the bottle , the bottle girl said the bottle doesn’t come with a sign and it’ll be an extra 40$. Then maybe 45 mins into being at our section someone comes and tells us we have to move because this is someone else section.. which was false because I know which section I wanted and paid for it. So they moved us but didn’t even help or move our service over to the table. 15 mins after that , the person who section they moved us in to told us this was there section because they grabbed two sections. As the whole night goes by I noticed that no one ever came to that section which was originally our section but I honestly think they moved us because of the artist BigXThaPlug was there and they wanted his view because the section I had paid for was directly in front of him. The music was off a little. They a few hits but most the hits everyone was just standing around because no one really knew the music but for the most part my friends made it a good experience. I just wish they were more organized and on the same page. The bottle girls only focused on the celebrities in the building and they didn’t really play any Dallas or trendy songs. Mostly tik tok...

The liquor there is cut. I’m a bartender myself and I ordered a Tito’s and water which should taste like nothing. My drink had a fruity flavor to it. I told the bartender about it and he was rude and walked off after I tipped him on top of the gratituty. Once he saw me complaining to another bartender he made another drink with a water bottle and threw it down in front of me so hard the lime fell off and the drink wasted. It’s 18 & up so maybe they are like that because they are used to dealing with kids and think they won’t care. Everyone in there is under 21 so it’s ratchet and it stinks.
