Tortilleria La Sabrocita — Restaurant in Dallas

My sister in law and I went to the Tortillería La Sabrosita #3 in Dallas today. We ordered 3 large menudo and 3 pounds of fajitas. After 40 minutes of waiting and we didn't receive our food my sister in law asked what was going on. The woman in charge screamed at my sister in law and told her there were a lot of people in line she had to wait her turn. My sister in law was mad we had to wait so long. the woman in charge was screaming at her. My sister in law told her yes she agreed she had to wait but we've already waited and some people were waiting longer than us. The woman walked away. Another employee brought part of our order out. We waited another 5 minutes then the rest of our order was out. When we got home the menudo was watery, under cooked and smelled bad. So I went back with my husband, my tío and my brother in law to get all of our money back. When we walked in the woman in charge saw me and shook her head. My husband told her the menudo was under cooked, watery and smell bad. She said let me see. She opened it up and told my husband it's hot. He said yes but it's bad. Here's all of the food that was ordered we want all of our money back. She told me husband to wait and walked away. She came back and gave him all of our money back. When we got home my sister in law and I saw the woman short us $9. She gave all the money back except $9. The service is absolutely horrible!!! The woman in charge was extremely rude!!! Every time I come here I have to wait a very long time to get my order. I won't recommend this place...

Terrible experience I stood at the register for 20 mins while the cashier and another worker engaged in a conversation while I'm standing there waiting to order. Once they where done speaking the cashier took my order and told me it would take 10 to 15mins so I sat inside and waited 30mins passed by seen several people who placed orders after me get there food eat there food and leave. I was definitely confused and so went back to register and asked about my order she couldn't find it so she spent 15mins looking for my order to find out they gave it to someone else so then she comes back and say sorry I don't know what happen to your order I think they gave it to wrong person we have to remake it it will be 15 more mins I spent 26$ for a gordita plate the food was terrible along with everything else I had to deal with while waiting on my food for over an hour... Also as I waited for them to make order again I asked one of the people who was bringing the orders out cause they where calling orders by # s and I seen her check the guys ticket I asked do you guys check everyone tickets before you give them the food she didn't respond cus she didn't speak English buts also they where calling orders numbers out in Spanish but I was very upset due to I had to wait an hour for my food and it wasn't even good especially to pay 26$ for a gordita plate that...

We had an order of 7 plates during lunch time and waited one hour and a half for our order and then realized we were missing 2 plates. We had to wait another 10 mins for them to prepare those. There were about 6-7 people who received their order before us that ordered AFTER us. When we got back to work, we realized our enchiladas were super salty. One of the girls ordered her enchiladas with her sauce on the side and that's when we figured out that the sauce was what was making the enchiladas salty. We called and spoke to the manager who said that couldn't be since the cook said they added no seasoning to the enchiladas. We let several co-workers try the side of enchilada sauce and every single one of them agreed that it was over the top salty. The manager was not friendly and was in denial about the sauce being salty. She basically called us liars and wanted us to drive back to return the remainders that were in the trash before anything could be done, keep in mind that we work 20 mins away from the place and had already wasted an hour and a half there waiting. Manager was non-apologetic and seemed bothered by us calling her. She called back a few mins. later and said we could pick up free enchiladas next time we go, no thanks!
