Brooklyn's/Brooklyn Bagels — Restaurant in Dalton Township

Awful customer service and attitudes at this location. I ordered at the drive thru with only 1 other car ahead of me. Once I waited 5-10mins for that car to leave I rolled up to the window and they didn’t have my simple 1 drink order. The workers inside yelled at each other for taking orders and not entering them. They then took my payment for the drink and I thought it was ok.

They handed me the drink made incorrectly from what I ordered. I told the lady and she automatically got an attitude with me and began yelling at coworkers again. At this point I was there for 15-20 mins and was over it. I poured the drink out in the rocks and left. I couldn’t consume it with the ingredients they used.

I frequent the whitehall rd location and it is night and day different. I will avoid this...

Came through the drive through, told the girl that she could put a tip on card and she didn’t say thanks or anything, whatever. I sat there for about five minutes and they came back and told me they don’t have the kind of bagels I ordered. Sat for another ten minutes and finally got my bagels, pulled off and realized they forgot my chips. When I got home we opened our bagels up and there’s onions on both (the ritz sandwich does not list that it comes with onions) and we ordered one with jalapeno cream cheese and they put it on both. Our first time visiting this location and we weren't really sure if there was an inside area since there is another business in this building and it looked like that was the only inside location, so assumed this was drive thru only. Not sure if that's really the case. We only ordered a frozen coffee drink, asked for white chocolate but got dark chocolate. Very friendly and offered to remake it, but we declined because we didn't want to wait again. Would definitely go back and give another try because this is a convenient...
