Trinity Barbecue — Restaurant in Dalton

I just recently found out about this place inside of a old factory refurbished into a modern chic decor shopping complex. As you can see from the pictures of the outside building it has some great personality. This is not a review on the building so let's get to it. As I walk in from the outside parking lot looking at the landscapes and old block foundations I knew it would be different. I walk through the outside doors to find this bbq place directly on my left. It had cool green plants that gave a calming feeling as I looked forward to see gold tables and chairs. I turn around the corner to see a new nicely decorated shop with great smells of food coming out. I went up to order to be greeted by a young staff with a smile. I asked my first line at every restaurant I go too. "What do you have that is gluten free on the menu?" She paused for a second and replied everything but the Mac & cheese and the buns are not either. I looked at the menu and saw the bbq chicken Nachos. 😍 I decided to order this and asked for cole slaw, baked beans, and green chives. I also got a sprint to drink. I waiting in the main corridor of the building just outside the shop for my food. There were a few tables, couches, and even a movie 🎥 screen that people watch the games on at times. I also found out they have live music 🎶 in the evenings too. I waited only a few minutes till the food came out. As you can see from the pictures 📷 wow it looks amazing and yes it was just what I was looking for bbq chicken Nachos. They bbq sauce was very flavorful, chicken tender moist, the beans and Coleslaw took the flavor over the top and 😋 delicious. I spoke with the owner who brought out my food he was very passionate about his business. As he was explaining the process he makes his bbq brought back memories of how it should be done growing up in Texas. It should be slowly cooked for 14 hours adding flavor. If you are looking for cheap low quality food like fast food this is not the place. He buys top quality food and prepares it for hours just so I can have this mouth watering bbq chicken done right. I greatly appreciate a business that is dedicated to high quality food. As far as the price I thought it was very reasonable and would pay more for this kind of quality. I saw a few comments about price and you can't compare fast food prices to top quality food. It's like comparing apples and onions you get what you pay for. For me I would gladly pay higher fees for top quality food like this hands down. I would highly recommend this place, the atmosphere, and food. Stop in you won't be disappointed. Also, they are getting gluten free buns for all of those out there that have a gluten allergy. 🤗

GREAT FOOD, GREAT STAFF, GREAT ENVIRONMENT !!!! I’m a truck driver out of Ohio, and currently I’m getting some work done at the terminal not too far from this spot. I was craving a brisket, Mac and cheese with some baked beans and found this place while searching on google. I called in and asked the chef a few questions about the menu and informed him that I don’t eat pork, he said he’d proudly make sure there’s no pork in the baked beans and on the Brussel sprouts. Once I arrived I checked the menu out and ordered two orders of Brisket, some Smoked Wings, Mac and Cheese, Baked Beans, Brussel Sprouts and coleslaw and after looking some more I decided to order the Summer Salad and some peach cobbler First I’d like to say that Brisket was soooo tender and juicy, it did not need any sauce. It had a great Smokey flavor and was hands down the best Brisket I’ve ever had. The bbq sauce and trinity sauce is also great with it. The Mac and Cheese was so creamy and cheesy! If you love macaroni and cheese you’d love theirs! The Baked Beans was so good and flavorful, I savored every bite! I highly recommend that you try the Brussels sprouts, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. And what’s a good BBQ meal without coleslaw?? It’s a must have side! I enjoyed every part of this meal. The Summer Salad was so fresh and refreshing, especially on this hot day. I couldn’t walk out without ordering the salad. And to finish it off, THAT PEACH COBBLER!!! Boyyy it was on point, nice and warm, with a side of ice cream. The crust was perfect. There’s nothing I’d change about any of these items

To start off this place, the customer service is really good, and we enjoyed conversating. Me and my friend where very hyped for this place, the specials sounded good, the bacon bombs that were talked up sounded amazing. So we order and the price definitely threw us off, but we were determined to try this place, and put our standards a little high and we were expecting some good sized portions because of the price, we both paid 25 bucks a piece, for a sandwich, side, and a drink. So we were expecting the food to be utterly amazing. Well, it fell very short. So short that after we left we stopped at a different place and got a small meal because we felt not only unsatisfied with our meal, but almost feel a little robbed. The brisket sandwich was alright, souly because of how little meat was on it. And my friend got the special and he was unimpressed. The maple bacon brussles were alright, the bacon pieces were super hard. Also tried the brownie, it didnt have enough moisture, but flavor was good.
