Absolutely the most horrible experience ever at a Wendy's. The entire place was filthy, I can't believe we actually stayed and ate considering what it looked like behind the counter, in the food preparation area. Waited about 5 minutes at the counter until the cashier came back from the restroom because apparently none of the other 4 or 5 employees could take our order. The guy doing the fries, etc was also drinking while working at the fryer. We got 2 of the $5 biggie bags, which we've had several times at another location, and the burgers we're so incredibly dry, the buns seemed day old and the fries were under cooked and cold. The dining room was so unattended it was pathetic. Upon leaving we realized that not one of the lights in the parking lot were on, we went to our car through a completely dark parking lot. The whole experience was awful! We did call the customer service number on our receipt and informed them of the experience we had just had. Read moreI frequent this location. Service has always been spotty when it comes to worker attitudes. Some workers are personable and others just aren't social, which is fine, I don't expect service with a smile. Today I had by far the worst experience I have had with someone in the service industry. I made the mistake of pulling to the second window and not the first, mainly because their first drive through window isn't typically open. The cashier opens the window stating First Drive Thru Window, First! Nothing like being shamed for making a honest mistake. I quickly apologized. Unfortunately I already handed her my card or I would have just driven off. If someone has thay much difficulty managing their temper they don't belong in customer service. I have brain fog from chronic health issues and was made to feel like such an idiot that I started crying. Lovely way to start my day. Please speak to this employee. Read moreWent throught the drive through order a spicy chicken sandwich meal and that was it. Pulled up to the window, as soon as I handed them the money my food was being handed out the window. I wasn't even at the window for 30 seconds and they had everything handed out to me. Service was very quick. Didn't get a receipt though, not super thrilled about that. When I was pulling out I tried a french fry and I wasn't salted and not really warm. I got home and opened up my sandwich and the chicken is dark and almost looks burnt. Was going to take the survey online through the site but I couldn't because I didn't get my receipt.
