Tiger Tea & Juice — Restaurant in Daly City

I had tried so many boba spots in the area and always ended up just going back to Yi Fang, decided to give Tiger a shot after shopping at 99 ranch, but had pretty low expectations since there were no reviews and I didn't realize they were a chain until afterward.

My wife and I got the black sugar boba and it was insane, easily my favorite boba spot now. I don't think Ill be able to shop at 99 Ranch without stopping here afterward.

Since truedan closed, and I saw that Tiger Tea was opening up, I was excited to try since I've been to the Burlingame location.

You order off a kiosk which is pretty simple. You can either sit and wait for your drink or go outside. They can notify you by text if you'd like to know when your order is ready.

I got the matcha latte with boba and a watermelon slush. I really liked the boba as it was soft but still chewy. The watermelon slush was fresh blended watermelon with ice and I thought it was quite refreshing.

I remember when this place used to be a family owned boba shop years back, then the ownership changed to TrueDan. Been to that TrueDan once and never came back after they left a negative experience for me. Was happy they left and now it became Tiger Tea & Juice. Been itching to give this place a try through recommendations, but everytime it was either packed or closed.
