Dunkin' — Restaurant in Damariscotta

Staff is wonderful and coffees are on point. But they need more support from management and/or corporate!!! They are having work done on their sidewalk this week and the lobby must be closed--they requested Online ordering be turned off temporarily but it's still active. This led to me waiting 15+ minutes in line at the drive thru, after ordering online 15 minutes prior to THAT, and at the window the order wasn't even started! I understand the need to triage, I've worked in food service for a long time, so they were doing drive thru orders mixed with on-the-go to stymie the flow. I'm not frustrated at the workers--they are amazing and working their hardest in one of the most emotionally draining industries there are. If the on the go had been turned off, I would have known what to expect. I suggested this to them, and they stated that they requested but nothing happened. Support your workers! They have to deal with sleepy and often cranky people in the morning waiting...

I have no complaints about the Service just that the bagels I ordered were tho most horrible bagels,I've ever had! I ordered them toasted well done with extra cream cheese, and they came out barely warm with packages of cream cheese for the extra cream cheese, not extra cream cheese put on the bagel like they usually do in all the other Dunkin' Donuts put 2 tiny packages of cream cheese on the side. So I had to pull my bagel apart and put more cream cheese on it. And I ordered bagel bites, well done toasted that were barely warm and the cream cheese was cold in the middle. They must have been thrown in the microwave for 30 seconds. Not even if that like They were doughy, and just nothing was good. It was the most horrible meal. I've ever had in my whole life. The worst dunkin' donuts in the whole state,...

This last time I came here was particularly terrible. Normally they get my order wrong, even when i ask them to repeat it back so i know they heard me right. My order is correct maybe every 1 in 5 times. But there are not any Starbucks for 30 miles so....Also, the one good thing about chains is they are supposed to be consistent. I order the same thing every time, it's always different. There doesn't seem to be a standard amount of syrup, milk, etc added to the coffee or lattes. Anyway, this time I went in to order with my son. He got his juice and Munchkin. I waited almost 10 minutes. I was about to leave without getting my order when one of the employees asked what i was waiting for. I told him and he made it. Messed up the syrup. But I was caffeinated...
