McDonald's — Restaurant in Damariscotta

Even in Covid, I never thought I would have to write a review like this:

While sitting at the pick up window I watched the MANAGER remove her mask to smell two sodas. I am guessing they didn't know which flavor was which after pouring; but her nose broke the plane of the rim of the cup it got so close to smell the difference. The manager then proceeded to take one of the sodas outside to another customer waiting in curbside pickup. Another worker tried to give me the soda and I told her she could keep it, my father and I just watched what her manager had done. After a pause to process they had been observed sticking there nose in the sodas, and that I seriously was refusing to take this soda from her and calling them out, she said she would make me a new one. While waiting for our food, she never dumped out the one her manager just stuck her beak in.

Three meals were ordered and we only received two, but, this doesn't surprise me...

I placed my order through the app at 10:04am for breakfast because I know that they stop serving at 10:29am. I placed the order for in store pickup and headed out. I live about 30 minutes away. I get the confirmation in app and via email. I walk through the door at 10:35am and my mobile order isn’t waiting at the counter. At 10:36am I get an email saying my order was cancelled because of a day shift change (going from breakfast to lunch.) Awesome. They didn’t even make my food and said that the order never came through, but don’t worry, I’ll be refunded. Every time you pull up to a McDonalds drive thru to order there is a pre recording reminding you to have your app ready and then the cashier asks you about it also. Evidently the app pointless unless you order from their parking lot. Thanks for screwing up my...

horrible place. They threw down an order on our table that wasn't ours. Then when our order was ready they tossed that tray on our table as well. Plus being on a keto diet, cant have bread. So we ordered a steak and egg sandwich with out the bread, so they made it in a cardboard container with the cheese on the bottom of it all. we asked for it to be in a tray like a big breakfast. We even brought it back and asked if they could take it out and put it on in the container with out the cheese side down and but, no they couldn't. they just gave us a container and slapped the tray back down on out table. What a waste of time and money. The manager was super rude so I see where her staff gets it from. I would go down the street further to another one instead of there ever again. If I could do negative stars I would....
