Bojangles — Restaurant in Dandridge

This was the 1st time we stopped at a Bojangles. We don't have any very close us in the north so we figured we would stop and give it a try.. We were wondering how the food was going to be, especially with being a trip. We didn't want greasy foods. We ordered some chicken and biscuits with a side of mashed potatoes with gravy and mac and cheese. Also some fries to taste. Nothing to much to say about the masked potatoes. They were pretty good. nothing to write home about but no problems. The Mac and cheese was pretty good. Better than expected. But not quite as good as Chick-fil-A. But the biscuits and chicken was out of this world! The chicken was not greasy and had excellence flavor. A little bit of spice but not too much. Just right! We were visiting friends in South Carolina for Thanksgiving, and on our way back to Indiana the wife mentioned how we didn’t have time to visit some of the local restaurants, particularly Bojangles.

Driving back to Indiana we stopped at the Bojangles’ location in Dandridge TN for dinner. We were greeted warmly by Heather, who was very patient with us as we looked over the menu and even suggested some of her favorites.

Food was very good, in particular the chicken and mac & cheese. Everyone enjoyed their food and Heather was making the rounds in the dining room checking on everyone there.

Just ordered my food from the Bojangles in Jefferson county. Food arrived fast and hot from the drive through. It was all good except when I received my order at the window I paused to look in the box to make sure my order was correct and the person working the window immediately said "Oh it's all there they make sure and look." As if looking to make sure is some how offensive. I never like it when an employee does this to me at a restaurant. Especially when the order ends up not being correct. It was correct but employees really shouldn't rush you through the drive through when you're checking to make sure the food you've paid for is all there. It just takes the customers a...
