Moran Patisserie Bakery is amazing and it's worth a special trip just to try their outstanding desserts and croissants. It's definitely tucked away, but it adds to the charm of this patisserie and I highly recommend you take the time to find your way there.

I was fortunate to try several of their cheesecakes. They were smooth and creamy with a very delightful blend of sweetness and tanginess. The flavors are very enjoyable and I can even see how these chilled little delights could make for very refreshing summer treats when the weather heats up.

The croissants are incomparable to anything I've had, even in France. The outside is perfect: the sound you hear when you gently tap them is exactly right, just enough to give you a delicate outside crunch; when you bite into them, their subtle crispiness combines with a silky, smooth flakiness inside... they really are decadent!

Maya was fantastic and told us all about their process and their ingredients with such a positive attitude, she really enhanced my visit and made me want to try everything! It's easy to see that she's passionate and it's not "just a job" for her. You can practically see her beaming smile through her mask!
