I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received by your employees at the front desk. It is no wonder you are always looking for new ones as your Facebook posts suggest. They are anything but “friendly” as your post from August 20 states. I came into your store at 12:44 pm on 9/23/17 order #24. Let me recount for you what happened.
We had placed an order over the phone and came to your store to pick it up about 20 minutes later. I took about two steps into your store and greeted those behind the counter, informing them I was there to pick up an order for Liz. One employee, pointed directly at me and laughed while still pointing at me, he then proceeded to try to get the other worker next to him to join him and walked away laughing. The girl at the cashier did absolutely nothing and neither did the worker he was trying to get laughing too. I paid and left absolutely confused and mostly disgusted.
I realize it may be hard to find quality employees for your business but if you want your business to succeed, your employees to thrive, and your patrons to have a good experience - people like all three of those employees aren’t the ones to keep around let alone hire. I hope you review your security footage and take action. I really should have just left immediately without even picking up my order and paying. Next time I will be taking my business elsewhere and I will be letting others know about my experience too. I will also be posting this review on other social media sites and internet spheres.

Read moreThe food is decent. However some of the people working behind the counter have attitudes. We spend about $100-/ a week between delivery and pick up. Example, the excellent driver showed up tonight and on time. There's more important things in life to worry about, but read on. Not the end of the world but we're entertaining people. He wasn't told to bring plates as we asked the call taker to ask the driver to. POINT: When I called the pizza shop to explain that we didn't get plates, the lady (whom would not identify herself) slammed the phone down with out an apology. I know they're busy, but a simple 'I'm sorry" would have held me over. When I called back 10 minutes later politely asking for an ETA for the plates, a mail picked up the phone. I explained the mistake that had happened and he also slammed down the phone. Good cooks with good food, but the counter staff makes you feel like you're burdening them by asking them for help. Not all of the counter staff, but all it takes is a couple with bad apples. Otherwise a hard working group of people with excellent drivers...
Read moreI am so done with this place. I went there tonight to pick up an overpriced calzone, it was $31.02. I paid cash and gave the woman $32. Instead of doing what 99% of business do, just take the $31 and give me the buck back, she took the $32. This is absolutely fine with me TBH, not great small town service but whatever, no big deal. What is a big deal is that she then gave me $.95 in change. So now she just shorted me $.03. This is obviously not a large sum of money by any means but, really? I then asked for the additional 3 cents I was owed and she had the audacity to ask me if I was serious and then laugh at me as she smacked the change on the counter. Is this acceptable service anywhere? If the owner is reading this, is that how you want your employees treating customers? This is the last straw on a long list of service issues at this place.
