It was good this time. Only thing is the lady waiting me was do tired and you could tell it, and not as nice as she could be because of it. The lady fixing the food was extremely nice. She took my order from the kitchen cause the other lady had just walked off to do something over in the corner. The time I was there before this time was the worse service ever. We went thru the drive thru that time. The lady that was tired this time was working the drive thru. We had a coupon and told her. We finished our order and sat there for a minute waiting on the price. She said in a voice that wasn't pleasant you can drive up. So we did. I guess the coupon thru her off or she had to make sure it wasn't out of date or something cause it was for a free shake. After waiting forever in line we was at the window. She tells us she's sorry for the wait but she's the only person working and having to take orders and fix food by herself. When she tells us that you tend to feel sorry for her. I guess tonight she may have worked alone part of the night the way she acted. The other night there were people pulling off from the drive thru since it was taking so long. She also said that the company doesn't think 3rd shift us busy enough to have 2 people there. Well unless you want to ruin the business that needs to be changed or if she is the problem, she needs to go. I love Arby's so I tend to take more than most people might. I'm back again editing my review cause I have another visit that needs to be told about. I'm by myself this time and it around 1 in the morning. I love roast beef sandwiches. Well I walk in the pilot store and straight into Arbys. A guy us being waited on. After he pays he moves over to wait on his food. So I walk up to order my food. That one tired, hateful lady is the one running the register. Well she walks off from the register while I'm standing there to order. I wait and wait but she never comes back. I wait for a few minutes thinking to myself what the he'll is wrong with me that she doesn't care to wait on me. The next thing I know the man gets his order from her and she says to him loud enough so I could hear it. You sure are the lucky one to get the last roast beef that we have. I'm trying to figure out if she's just being funny or what. Well needless to say she walked off after giving him his food and went in the back room. Never spoke a word to me. So I left and I haven't been back since. I can't believe that I'm the only person she's upset enough not to go back. Wonder how many more customers she has ram off. Something needs to be done badly. Read moreI used to eat at this establishment often, at first my impression was that the service was a little slow and the cleanliness of the place was "a little relaxed" as there were usually no clean tables to eat at; however the food was pretty good and the people that took my order were nice for the most part, at least until April 8, 2015 at around 5:45pm. They have been running a special for gyro sandwiches 2 for $6, and the special is still good as it said on the sign that I passed as I came in, I ordered 4 sandwiches and the total I was given was $17.98, then was told that they were not going to be able to do the discount and blamed it on the register, then blamed it on pilot. So, out of four employees total: a manager, a shift leader, and two employees, none of them could figure out how to do the discount, and I do not doubt that they could have given me the discount as long as the register is ringing things up and a manager can put in a code, they can give the discount. I have worked in restaurants so I know this, I'm guessing that out of the four employees who did not know who they worked for as they avoided that question when I asked, also could not do simple math and those "managers" must have been pretend so they have no knowledge of giving the discount. I do not recommend this place to anyone anymore. I hope that they hire someone that knows their simple math soon and doesn't mind wiping those sticky tables every now and then so the ants might stop living in their dining room (my boyfriend and I had ants at our table at another time we...
Read moreGood food if you like arbys... pricing is a little different from the other arbys....but they are open 24 hrs and you can go at 6 am and get lunch or breakfast items...I also get mobile coupons on my phone that says to use just turn your phone around and show cashier and now they dont want to take them either...acts like they are afraid you may use it more than once...which coupon simply says 1 per customer per order or per day....ps I drive 12-15 miles to go here but you better have an alternate morning plan because a lot of times they are not open or the drive thru is closed or broken. ...the other day you pull up to the order box and the recording greets you and asks for your order then nobody says anything so I simply say good morning ....after 2 or 3 times the girl comes on the headset and says our drivethru isn't working you can come inside...it seemed to be working very well ...she could apparently hear me and I could hear her so if the register didn't work why not use a different one ...they did yesterday and today....ps prepare to wait like 15 minutes after placing...
