Casey's — Restaurant in Danville

Looking at other reviews this location owner doesn't care. If the owner/owners did. The attitude and rude short staff employee wouldn't be still there. I've watched her be mean and rude to her coworkers and speak down to him while not only in front of me. A line of customers waiting,not demure at all. I then ask the employee a question he didn't know the answer,he asks her and she frowns her face up and replies aggressively. Then after kore degrading him, yells at him to go help us. I applaud him for holding back and keeping his composure we all could tell he wanted to do something to the short staff worker. As you the owner read this, you know who we who I am speaking of. I have come to this location a couple times for last resort. But moving forward I will no longer. To the employee,if you don't like your job or working at a gas station get a better one get counseling for whatever hurt and anger you holding on to. Very nice and friendly associates. Clean and well stocked. Clean restrooms. ATM in store. Great pizza is always available by the slice or the whole pizza and the aroma is so good and wonderful when you walk in the door. You can get in and out fast if you're in a hurry or take your time shopping in the store and they also sell a lot of unique items that other convenience stores don't have. They have quality gasoline at very competitive prices. Wheelchair accessible gas pumps, parking, entrance and restrooms. Every time we stop by we just can't resist getting their always fresh and delicious pizza and they offer a great variety of pizza's that will satisfy your taste bud's and your appetite. Very family friendly convenience store and gas station. We highly recommend them over the competition in the area. Man I could sure go for some pizza right now. Yummy...

The pizza's great but getting them to pick up the phone is a headache. We've never had a wrong order till we used the automated phone way because they refuse to give you a representative. We get the wrong pizza for the first time and can't get a real person to answer the phone. So now we have to go back and ask for the right pizza and wait for it to be made. Perfect pizzas every time till that phone system. Not everything is better with new technology. We will think twice before wanting to go through this again...
