I used the online ordering for the first time. Very easy to use. Ordered pizza and 2 liter of Coke. With contactless delivery I gave directions for pizza to be placed on chair, Coke left on step, and money for order + $5 tip would be in mailbox. Pizza came quickly and on time. Our delivery person did not leave the 2 liter of Coke. I called Dominos explaining that I had just received a delivery but I did not get the pop I ordered. The young lady on the other end responded, "Would you like to come get it or get credit?" I quickly answered, "I want someone to deliver it to me." I was then told, "Ma'am we will have to charge you for another delivery fee if we do that." I then stated, "You mean YOU make the mistake and you expect me to pay for another delivery charge... I even gave the driver a $5 tip." With this she put me on hold. I listened to the "Manager' Special" at least 20 times. (I think she was waiting for the delivery person to get back) She finally comes back on the phone and quickly states... "He's on his way" and then hung up. I went from being a VERY happy customer (with the online ordering) and getting a piping hot great tasting pizza (the new cheeseburger...loved it) to a very bewildered, almost didn't know how to feel about what had just happened. There was no, "I'm sorry ma'am that this happened" ...I felt like she thought I was wrong for just wanting what I ordered. I sure hope the delivery person didn't have to pay the delivery charge for bringing me out my 2 liter. I hope this worker was wrong about the customer being expected to pay a delivery fee to have something brought to them that was missed the first time. Something just doesn't sound right about this. Please respond to this review ASAP. Like I said, It was a great pizza and I can't wait to try the chicken taco next. The experience with the person answering the phone needs...
Read moreI used to order food from this location a couple times a month when I had a long workday or didn't feel like cooking. I have since completely sworn it off. There was no consistency in the quality or accuracy of the order and the service was often subpar.
A few examples:
I once placed an online order with parmesan breadsticks as a side but was promptly called and notified that they no longer had the necessary ingredients and that I could choose a substitute side of equal value or take a credit to my account and redeem it for the side at a future time. I chose to credit my account but when I called a few weeks later to redeem it, I was treated with suspicion because they made no record of it. They finally decided to "do me a favor". The order arrived without breadsticks.
Occasinally, the staff at this location will decide to leave ingredients or extras off an order entirely. This is especially noticeable when you order a buffalo chicken dish and it arrives without a drop of buffalo sauce but four or five ounces of ranch dressing. Disgusting.
The last straw was when I ordered a 2-liter of soda with my meal and, when the order was delivered and I asked about the drink, she flatly stated that it wasn't on the receipt (without looking at said receipt), turned around, and walked away.
At the end of the day, it's a matter of poor management. If you have incredibly low standards of food quality and service they may just satisfy you. But only just. This...

But then, they answered I kept saying over and over what I wanted and the time to see what I was going to pay they told me 56 then I told them I would pay cash and it was going to be delivery to where I was staying at which was at red roof in Danville. The person on the phone told me to give him a second but with a really bad attitude which really was bad. I gave him time 4 minutes later he tells me I need a credit card to proceed with the order and I told him I was going to pay cash and he kept insisting till he went away again with apparently his maneuver and said they said the same which never ever has dominos asked me for a credit card for a cash delivery. And I told him no I’ll go pick them up. After a long day of work, had to go pick up at 12:20am and went and waited 5 minutes outside for someone to give me what I ordered and then the guys had really bad faces and look at me and one of my friends really weird kinda being racist he didn’t say anything but with the vibe that what we felt he was thinking. After that we got our pizzas and asked for cheese and peppers for 4 pizzas and came back with 3 or each which was stupid like are those enough for the pizzas we just order just really bad experience and I’m going after this to the BBB and complaining their too so don’t order from this pizza place the pizzas were good but the service was...
