Hardee’s — Restaurant in Danville

I went through the drive through and the food was hot and tasty. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich combo with fries and a Dr. Pepper. The sandwich didn’t look very Nashville hottish and it wasn’t very spicy but it was still a very good chicken sandwich with pickles and mayo. I was amazed by the service at the drive through. The lady was checking with us that the soda was low ice but someone in the car muttered it was supposed to be no ice but it was okay because it is okay, but she immediately turned and poured out the soda into a new cup while using the lid to make sure that the ice didn’t fall In. In addition to this act of Southern hospitality someone in my car spilled some soda and she did not hesitate to give us a bunch of napkins! Sometimes fast food workers can be a little rude but not here! She was one of the nicest fast food employees that I have ever seen and positively influenced my experience at...

I drive doordash. When I got there I told the lady at the front counter that I had a doordash. She looked at me flat-faced and said, "No". There had been a mistake between doordash, Hardee's, and another driver. The customer ordered again and I was dispatched again. When I walked through the door the lady looked at me and said, "You again?", Then acknowledged that the order was there. No change in friendliness or attitude. I tried to be friendly and acknowledged that I knew her job was difficult and that doing doordash probably didn't make it any easier. She just said very matter-of-factly, "Have a nice day". I thanked her and told her I hope she had a much better day. I wouldn't recommend this Hardee's to anybody in Danville, Virginia. There is another one go there. If you are a Dasher I would not recommend dashing for that particular Hardee's or any Hardee's in Danville, Virginia until that...

This Hardees is the SUCKIEST place my family has gotten food! This is the second time we have gotten food from here in like the past 2 or 3 weeks and they have literally DESTROYED our orders both times! When we called back the first time the Manager (the one on our receipt as the person who made our order) said she would do nothing unless she had a portion of the sandwich brought back to her store. How ridiculous is that when we told her we live a distance from town and would make it absolutely absurd for us to make a trip just to show her that the sandwich was made incorrectly. The $7.49 chicken sandwich honestly looked like it had been tossed across the counter which it fell off of and was then stepped on.

Hardees used to be our favorite place, now we hesitate to go at all.

Also, our fries each time were old and practically tasteless.
