Hardee’s — Restaurant in Danville

This is the place to go if you want a COLD burger. I went there multiple times and their burgers seems to always be cold. I came there once and got a cold burger. So I return it back to them. The cashier told me, "it was hot when she gave it to me". I said to myself," Yeah the bun was warm but the burger was so cold the cheese had not even melted." But i had only walked to my car in the parking lot. And was going go eat in the car. So the cashier told the "shift leader" and the she said, "she would make it herself" . When she brought it back, she didnt even apologize for the cold food. She just gave to me walked off like, "Whatever!" Then on a different date I came back thinking it would be different. It would have been a really good visit if they would have just listened to my order or even called it back out to me considering they didn't have it on the screen for me to check it. I tried telling the girl that it was supposed to be another drink but she kept on moving. Maybe she didn't hear me. Not sure. But I went inside to add the hash browns on the order because she didn't add it on and stood there for ten minutes waiting to even be acknowledged. Three women and the drive thru lady all looked at me standing there and said NOTHING!! This is simple but can be fixed. I understand waiting in line to order but, this place was empty. I had to wait at the counter until the lady finished her conversation! Then she turns to me with an attitude like I interrupted her and asked if i was ready. I ordered my food, took the little number tag she put on the counter and was told to sit down and it would be brought to me. I'm with 3 other guys and as soon as they sat at the table they began to speak of her winning personality.
