Frank's Steak Shops — Restaurant in Darby

I just went threw an ordeal with Frank's steak shop. I ordered 2 small cheese steak platters with extra cheese. And cheese on the fries. That's it. They made 2 large and charged me for them. I said no i ordered 2 small. They made me wait while they recooked the small ones. Then they gave me 2 cheessteaks with onions. I didn't order onions. I have to wait again. Finally i get my steaks and the bill is really high. I go threw the bags. Theirs 4 orders of plain fries in there. I said this isn't my order. I didn't order any plain fries. Esp. Not 4 if them. Smh after waiting about 40 minutes i still went home with 1 cheessteak with onions. And one plain. No cheese or anything. And the cheese fries had maybe a squirt of cheese on them. This place used to have great food. I always told people they had the best cheesteak and food. In the last 6months, I noticed their cheese steaks don't get well cooked, the meat is chewy and the bread is soggy from the uncooked meat and tasted like fresh meat. The french fries were undercooked. This has been a new thing in the last six months. I don't know if management has changed, but the food seems rushed and undercooked. I keep returning thinking it was just a bad day they for them; but the keep proving me wrong that this just how it's going to be.
