Don't usually give bad reviews but...... i was there on christmas eve with friends to see a band a friend wanted me to buy me a drink and i did not hear him order it because the band was so loud and i am hard of hearing so i asked the manager bartender to make me a drink and says excuse me to her very politely then she came at me screaming and yelling saying i yelled at her in which proceeded to tell her that i was hard of hearing then told me not to play the handicap card in which i am handicap with my hearing and also an amputee ! she does not belong serving the public obviously she doesn't like her job i was a bartender once upon a time I never treated my patrons like that! and people were coming up to me and saying she has a bad attitude and to order a drink from another bartender I just left the establishment and will never be back and went to a place where they were...

Most terrible & dissatisfying experience ever. Food was fine, but got the wrong meal on two different occasions. I have given this place so many tries and each time am disappointed. Waited at least 25 minutes for a drink on a Wednesday night & not very busy. She Walked past my empty drink countless times & kept going to talk to her friends. Employees getting drunk behind bar. Also she disappeared with the check that I paid for in cash, never came back & then she took the remaining balance as a tip without even asking. I always tip well but you should not just pocket the cash without giving me my change first. Each time we go here we are rushed out by 9 pm when it says they close at 9:30. Absolutely awful and we are done giving this place a chance. Get people who want to work, & aren’t getting drunk behind the bar and arguing...

I loved going here. LOVED IT. It wasn’t mine and my boyfriends favorite spot. Until recently we ordered food I paid with my card it came out to too $12 and come to find out someone decided they deserved a tip and tipped themselves $5 on top of the cash tip they received from us. I called numerous times got the good old “The manager will be in touch” over and that never happened. So I stopped eating here. Beware paying with a card here. Someone is real sneaky and it’s really disappointing. That’s why I’m giving them one star. Don’t even Have the decency to call back to try to discuss the situation or a way to make it better. So sad. I hope you enjoyed your $9 tip half of which you stole. It may be $4 but it’s the principle YOU...
