Remarkable customer service. I spent hours in the store designing a custom engagement ring for my fiance and the service I received was absolutely top-notch. At no point during the entire experience did I feel any pressure to buy something out of my price range either. Some places like Kay's or Jared might advertise the "no commission, no pressure" atmosphere but that is a garbage marketing pitch, trust me I visited all of them before making my purchase. Flor & Son is the real deal, they seemed genuine in their desire to help me create a ring my wife would love. Also, I would start my search here for fine gem stones, the quality of the stones I saw in this store were without question the finest quality I encountered during my 4+ month search for that "perfect" stone. Prices are fair and quality is vastly superior to anything you may find in the chain outlets. They take pride in their products and treat their customers with respect, I guess in that regard they are a throwback to an earlier time. Flor & Son was more than a local jeweler for me, I drove 50 miles to this store on a tip from a family member and I'm glad that I did. All of my future purchases...

The owners are fantastic..friendly and informative..superb customer service and there jewelry is top notch..their repair work is spot on..we don't go...
