Oldest Tavern in Davenport, Iowa so I had to stop for a beer. It had a nice historical feel on the outside. There was a little patio out back. Interior had a modern day look leaning towards that sports bar vibe on old brick walls. Dartboard, Golden Tee by back door . No pool table that i could see. Typical commercial beers on Tap . Cheating me out of my expensive Front ST beer. Used to put in tall glass. Now they say the fat stem glass is same as tall glass....NOT. cheating me out of 4 OZ as shown after pouring full tall glass into fat stem glass. Just be honest with me and say it's not the same OZ.

Great party room! Setting was perfect and can work for so many occasions. Appreciated that kids could come up to a certain time of night. Bartender was attentive and kind.

Was the worst service I had ever tonight, 3.8.25. The bartender was more worried about her friends and doing shots with them than taking care of customers and this was 8:30ish.

I had to go to the other end of the bar to get any service, funny she finally came down and asked if I needed anything. REALLY!!! I told her no since she was too busy doing shots with her friends.

Her response to meā€¦weā€™re real busy, but thank you for tipping me for taking care of you. Now what the hell!!!

Just horrible. Not sure Iā€™d recommend Frickā€™s. I will say go early since some bartenders get tipsy with their friends on...

Actually a very cool place with lots of history. Mind you the decor is all new and quit tasteful and well done but I don't see much throwback to the history of the business with the exception of a few pics. The food was great the beer was Cold. I would have liked to see more history since this is dport's oldest bar that's what mad it miss the 5...
