Okay, so I have been going to this Hardee’s since I got my moped license! (In 1991) That should basically give you an estimate of my age. Anyways.., progressively throughout the years.., I have noticed a decline in just about everything. I will say tho.., there’s a lady in the morning that has probably worked there 25+ years.., because I recognize her everytime I get breakfast. Back in the day.., Hardee’s, by far.., had the BEST chicken sandwich in the world! (Plus it was only $1.05) We would all skip school to go up there for lunch! North High School had the worst campus security ever.., because we went there EVERY DAY and got 2 chicken sandwiches! Anyways.., here’s the problem I’ve had probably the last 4 out of 5 visits. I NEVER complain either.., but after last time.., I just had too. I went up there for breakfast in the morning.., and had the soggy bun from my Big Roast Beef the night before. I showed it to the lady I have recognized for the last 25+ years. She was soooooo apologetic and handled my complaint wonderfully. I’m not a person who expects something for nothing, but not only did she give me my large hash rounds for free, but she gave me my money back from the Big Roast Beef I purchased the night before. It was very generous of her, and I was extremely appreciative. This was approximately 10-14 days ago. I was craving a Big Roast Beef, and being that my previous experience happened approximately 2 weeks ago, I decided to give them another try. The nice lady assured me she has told the night shift to drain the juice off the roast beef BEFORE putting it on the bun several times prior to me showing her my soggy bun that morning. Which I completely believed her.., because I’ve had this same problem with my Roast Beef every time (4 out of my last 5 visits). So, I placed my order at 6:30pm, the cashier took my payment at 6:32pm.., that is the time on my receipt. I was the only car at the drive thru at this time, and there was one van in the entire parking lot of Hardee’s. So, clearly it wasn’t busy. I finally got my food at 6:41pm. It took 9 minutes for (2) big roast beef’s and a large curly fry. I had my dog with me, and we were both staring inside the drive thru window to see what was taking so long. By this time.., there were at least 2 cars behind me in the drive thru. It seemed as if the cook kept coming up to the front to bag up food for the 1 customer that was inside the restaurant, in addition.., it appeared as if he bagged up something for someone in the back, because he took that bag back with him. I don’t know if he was the only cook there at that time or what.., but I’m guessing he probably was.., which would explain why it took 9 minutes to get my food after the cashier took my money. Anyways.., i went home.., and guess what?!?! My bun soggy as could be.., if not worse than it was the last time. It’s just so disappointing.., because again.., I’ve gone to this particular Hardee’s for at least 30+ years.., and I hate to see what has happened to the quality of food.., for it used to be so absolutely delicious and incredible. Read moreI ordered through the app on 09/30/2025. There was one car before me but the wait was 15 minutes. I received my food and my husband and I parked to make sure everything was there. I ordered a 5 peice spicy tenders, and a large big hot ham a cheese combo meal. I received my tenders however they were all really small and only 2 were spicy and they refused to give me my choice of dipping sauce unless I paid extra. My husband's Big Hot Ham and cheese was bun to bun, you could barely even see the ham and cheese. The center was cold and the fries were also cold. The manager was less than helpful, very rude and refused to replace the food. She told me that she is the day and night manager and she stated that she is the only person to bring my complaint too. She was extremely unprofessional and doesn't care about in good service. She tried to tell me that they are frozen and the way that they come. I get these tenders about once a month, normally after 1 am on a Friday or Saturday. They are never this bad, if they are small they make it up by adding a few extra to compensate. I dont appreciate the manager treating me like I was asking for handouts. This woman should definitely not be in management if she is not willing to even attempt to satisfy the customer. This would be my third bad experience at this location with this manager . Always cold fries and more times than not there is something missing. I deliver for doordash and Uber and from what I read on the orders I pick up I am not the only person to have these issues. Read moreI went to Hardee’s for lunch and I ordered two ranch snack wraps with bacon and two spicy snack wraps I asked for everything to be made fresh. I understand that it take time to make things fresh and I was willing to park and wait. The young lady prepared my food. It was not fresh and she forgot the bacon. I went back around through the drive-through and explain to them what was going on with my food. The manager was upset very disrespectful telling me that they were made fresh and that yes she forgot to add the bacon and that she would give me bacon through the window when all I asked was for her to prepare my food fresh and add the bacon. She was very disrespectful yelling at me. I asked her the manager name. She told me that the manager was not there and walked away the young lady that was at the drive-through explain to me that the manager was gone for the day and that her name was Amanda. I called my sister who is an assistant at one of their stores in Wisconsin and explain to her what was going on and I also called my niece who is an employee at their store and explain to her what was going on and they both were in disbelief as was I I really don’t believe that that the CEO of Hardees would appreciate how their customers are...
