When I pulled up to the speaker, I was immediately asked for my order, then the person on the other end started yelling at someone with his mic still open. After a pause, I was asked for my order again, so I asked for a moment to decide. When I was ready, someone else came on the mic, and that person was much more polite and patient. I reached the window, and recognized the original voice from the speaker; this was LeRoy. He handed me my food and asked for a review -- which is why I'm here. Anyway, once I got home, I found out that my "loaded burrito" was small and flat, my wife's "monster biscuit" was poorly assembled, and the two orders of strawberry lemon biscuits were missing entirely. Unimpressed overall, but at least what we did have tasted good.
EDIT 28 December 2024: I came through the drive-thru, and was asked for my order. I started to give it, but was interrupted with a question I'd already answered. I answered it again. I was asked if that was all; I said no. The person on the mic said, "Well, come on!" and laughed. I said to myself as I gave the rest of the order, "This can only be LeRoy again." And it was! He didn't request a review this time -- I wonder if he got a bit too much honest feedback -- but I thought I'd give one anyway. I'm legitimately stunned that such a rude person is still employed there.
EDIT 1 September 2025: I came through the drive-thru again today, and was surprised to find LeRoy working at the window again -- although, not the speaker; the woman on speaker was very pleasant. To my increased surprise, LeRoy was pleasant as well! Increasing star rating...

I'm updating my review, we came through the drive-thru to order our food I asked for the candied bacon Frisco burger which had a large advertisement on your billboard sign when you come in on the drive-thru. No one that worked at this store had any idea what I was talking about I even went as far as showing them in the app that it was available and they kept saying something like no it is the snack pack I said no it's not a snack pack it's a Frisco burger with candied bacon no one knew what it was we had also ordered a regular Frisco which we ordered first before we asked for the candied bacon Frisco. Apparently the young lady in there that came to the drive-thru window said that she didn't hear me say I needed another Frisco burger when she brought me the order of there was just the candied bacon Burger in there because they finally figured out what it was. She goes thank you and quickly close the door to the drive-thru window. I looked in the bag there was one Burger I got out of the vehicle went in the store and said excuse me ma'am three times she was ignoring me. another gentleman that worked there said to her why did you only give her one burger and she claims that I only asked for one which was wrong that is not true she's very rude she has no customer service skills and I don't even know why no one knew what the candied bacon Frisco burger was. Read moreBreakfast was good, but went downhill 6+ months ago (May 2021) and I didn’t go there regularly anymore after getting salt dumped on my breakfast. I thought I would give them another try and got a burnt biscuit. They know it’s not something to serve but I still got it. I took a photo and complained. Several e-mails back and forth and I’m promised a gift card. That was over 2 weeks ago. Hardee’s lost a customer. Anything but breakfast and it was often wrong, old, dried out, added condiments when I asked for it plain, old fries, wrong fries. They used to at least have a good breakfast. Now there are a bunch of employees who could care less if you are a customer or if you care about getting a decent piece of food. Hardee’s on Division St in Davenport IA sucks. Their staff doesn’t care about what they serve and corporate (KAITLYN P) makes empty promises.
UPDATE October 7, 2021, Kaitlyn Peterson lied and sent me nothing. But another person in WI called then sent me 2 free meals via mail. I went to use one, asked for no sauce, no lettuce but got both on the sandwich. I also asked fir pickles and received none. I guess the employees they hire at Division St Hardee’s in Davenport cannot read because it’s rare for them to get order correct if it’s not breakfast.
