This is really five stars for the Chef/cook being so friendly and making me an amazing burger with fresh cut fries. He made a point on checking on me twice. The four stars are for the bartender. She needs customer service skills. She needs to be friendlier to every customer that walks through that door. Every customer should be treated as if they are special. That's how you get people to come back make them feel welcome! Your cook had amazing customer service skills made me want to return The best bartender that ever worked there was Tara riggins She made absolutely every person that walked through that door want to come back the next night because she brought joy and excitement and fun to that place! This is when this place was amazing. Tonight I came in ordered a drink and food. I was there 35 minutes. I've had gastric bypass so I can not eat all my food. I asked for a box. The manager told me no. That I had to eat half my food. I explained my situation and still she gave me excuses. I said Kelly and the cook knew me. I showed her pictures. Why in the world would I need to do all of that and leave hysterical from embarrassment. Never should anyone feel like that ever. I'm not going to spend more money just bc I'm sitting in your bar. I came for dinner not harassment. She is the absolute rudest manager or person for that matter that I have ever ran across here. They have great food and atmosphere and no one should ever have to...
Read moreI want to love this place...it's close, it's a neighborhood bar and grill but...the owner sat and watched one bar tender handle the bar, handle the food and take care of everything by herself. The place was packed. Then, after standing in line for another beer and trying to place my food order, the owner's daughter literally BUTTED in front of me to place her order. Let's just say I am and was and will always be a complete gentleman but the things I was saying in my head would have offended her entitled self for sure. The poor bar tender did her best...I do not blame her... Cecilia you're the best. If you're the owner, and watching your investment being treated like you treated your bar that night it's time to sell it to someone else who won't leave the bartender high and dry and won't let family come before customers. Customers pay the bills, not your daughter who thinks she's God's gift to ... everyone. Not trying to be a jerk, just being completely honest. Either fix this or...
Read moreThe Sarge had a deep fried tenderloin and fries while I had a grilled tender with no fries but, I had my usual libation. A Bottle of Miller light over 4 shots of bloody mary mix. Neither of us could eat the our sandwiches (TO BIG) bill $24.00 And change. With my usual tip $30.00. But I paid with a card and she put our food to go in one those styrafoam containers, the card and container padded my bill a whopping $2.38. Now I know that all businesses get a charge of about 2% for customer card usage, but an additional charge for the containers is taking it to far.....next they will be charging u for the air conditioning and napkins and then the condiments will cost an additional $3.00. Where will it end....now I've owned and operated a restauraunt and this is probably what it takes to be profitable. Those hidden costs just kill restaurant's. Now this brings that realization why restaurant's work on a .06% profit IF THEIR LUCKY. (MORE ON THIS IN ...
