coming home from a long day at work and kiddos are giving a hard time and nothing is ready to go for dinner, bad customer service is the last thing you want it’s never been so hard to order pizza in my life . but from this store . (w kimberly) some girl had me ready to just (fill in the blank) ..on hold with my card information for over 10 mins ! didn’t tell me if it went thru or not . i figured well maybe she’s dealing with a in-store customer so i tried to by pass it . not only did she get back in the phone with a attitude when- i’m the one on hold not knowing what’s going on with my food or my card info she wanted my card info again didn’t apologize for being on hold super unprofessional and when i asked her about it she then proceeded to cut me off and ask for my card info again. like girl please yeah i was a little upset . i ask to speak to a manager and she just hangs up i kept calling and she cleared me everytime . so i never did get to speak with a manager but ironically my food showed up and my card was charged as if she really didn’t need my info but asked anyways . idk it was just all weird to me i called another store to talk to their manager about it (and i don’t even do that ) (i don’t even do this !!! ) but she said each store is their own store so this is my only way toget to their manager then so be it , however i’m beginning to think it was the manager the whole time - plot twist ?! . trust me i’ll keep an eye out for my account and fraud . but i’ll be waiting on my call from corporate about this here review good day folks and thanks for coming to my ted talk ! btw yes kids are full and in bed ! thank you! but this store customer...

The concern arose when I waited an hour for our delivery, which I placed at 1pm then called about and was assured would be delivered soon. I called again at 2:40 pm. Your manager said it was delivered and we signed for it, which wasn't true. She accused me of being dishonest and theft for almost 20 minutes and said we received our food. She accused someone from our house of signing the credit card receipt. The manager categorically denied that the driver would have delivered to the wrong address until she subsequently spoke with the driver, who acknowledged that the delivery had indeed been made to the wrong location and that those individuals at the wrong house had signed the receipt. It was also indicated that the driver has been employed by Pizza Hut for 19 years, which raises questions regarding the validity of a third-party delivery the manager, who was unwilling to accept responsibility for the error and showed little consideration for the undue stress caused by her accusations. I didn’t get my food till at 3:37pm. Not sorry for the mess up or inconvenience. Effective customer service necessitates listening attentively to concerns and responding thoughtfully. Read moreThis is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever experienced. We are a family that has loved and frequented Pizza Huts for at least 30 years. Never have we had so many problems as we have had with this one. We stopped ordering delivery because it was almost always at least an hour wait, always cold, and when it was wrong, we were stuck with it.
The pizza is correct maybe half the time, and that's giving them credit. The breadsticks are almost always cold and old. The never remember the extra items we order such as garlic butter or ranch for wings. The staff is rude and unapologetic. The "management" is so stressed out from dealing with all the complaints I almost feel sorry for them, but then again they choose to work there.
The last pizza we ordered to pick up was folded almost all the way in half, half of the slices were folded under from the tip. We took a picture and sent it to the corporate office (it was also overcooked) and never heard anything back.
We drive to the new one in Eldridge from now on, even though we are literally 2 minutes from this location on...
