Fannie May — Local services in Davenport

We went to Fannie May's tonight, horrible customer service. They had fudge but refused to get us any and when I was getting a half pound of chocolates the old lady working was very rude. Threw my chocolates around because I didn't know how much a half pound was by just looking at it! This place is a disgrace and these people need to be fired! First and last time I'll ever go there! When I asked how much I has she said 1/3 I asked her how much that is, and she literally huffed and threw my chocolates onto the scale! The younger girl that was working was rude at first but then started to be nice when the old lady came out. This was the worst service I have ever gotten! Also of you have fudge that you are known for, instead of complaining about having to cut it and refusing to cut it....just freaking do it! I will be calling on Monday...

It’s December 22, 4:00 pm. I stopped to get family the candy they love for Christmas. The big “Fannie May” sign lit up, employee inside. Doors are locked, no hours on the door whatsoever. When tried to open door employee inside didn’t even look up. I’ve watched 7 other customers park, walk up to locked door, only to walk away in frustration. Are they all out of candy? Surely after so many years at this location and being so busy they would know what they need for Christmas. Oops, there goes ANOTHER customer to the locked door. A sign on the door would be helpful. I called since on-line says they are open till 7:00 tonite. Recording said to “leave a message they’ll call me back.” I did, they havnt. How disappointing for so many...

Went there December 19th at 3pm to get yearly candy as this has been tradition for 50 plus years only to find the store was closed with hous that say open til 6 and that is the hours all week long which I work til 6 everyday. I would think with Holiday they would have been open on the last Sunday...
