Just being there feels like taking a trip back home to the Venezuelan plains. Without a doubt, they serve the best grilled meat in a wood oven in South Florida, juicy and tasty and prepared like in the plains, with that authentic smoked flavor that is difficult to find anywhere else. The service is absolutely friendly, fast and genuinely warm. From the moment you enter, the llanero atmosphere surrounds you: traditional music, rustic decoration and a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like part of the family.

I don’t recommend this place. I came here expecting to enjoy a good “carne en vara” experience, but it was disappointing. While the waitress, was very respectful and kind which I truly appreciate, the overall atmosphere and especially the food fell short.

The meat portion was small, nowhere near what you would expect from a dish that’s supposed to showcase grilled meats, and certainly not for the price they charge. The place is clearly overpriced. It’s not about paying a high price it’s about not getting what you pay for in terms of flavor, quality, or quantity.

Decided to come in on a Saturday afternoon after I had heard from multiple people how good this place was. I will say it is a traditional bbq family vibe as all seating is outside. The service gives that family style and the menu has lots of good steak “parilla” options. We ended up getting the steak and barbecue platter that came with three sides and I must say it was absolutely delicious!!
