Cenarios Pizza Davis — Restaurant in Davis

Pathetic pieces of garbage who clearly do not have the capacity or intellect to even take down an order...I've been here several times and usually is amazing and the service phenomenal..not today...I order ahead on the phone for pickup...clearly took down my name and took my order for a large combo.."will be ready in 30 min"..

I arrive about 40 min later because I knew that they are usually busy and wanted to give them more time just in case. So I arrive. Once I get to the counter just like any other time, I give them my name, number and the pizza I ordered (did not remember the name who took it) but clearly i found out later who did as I said my name a lady perked up, looked at me and then walked away swiftly.. Odd but whatever...then I realize why!

She never took the damn order...so after 40 min I had no pizza...at this point, I'm still cool..I asked the lady helping me and said, " that's weird because she took my order , the pizza should still be made right? " She starts to gets snobby at this point saying I dont have your order...I said fine make another...(and handed her my card, at this point I'm still cool waiting)..she then proceeds to say " I cant do that, I dont have an order"...so this apparently empty headed bimbo was not going to take my order...I started to get furious at this point asking one last time..."can i get my order please!!!!"...and at that point i boiled over...

The whole situation for cinarios could have been avoided if this moron would have just simply taken another order for me...clearly I'm never coming back after 1 employee ruined for me...so hope management hopefully will step up and teach their employees some decent respect toward...

The pizza is very good.However I must have gotten them on a bad day. On a very busy Saturday in September they lost the order that I had called in with the manager at 11AM Be careful because they can give the pizza to the wrong person due to Asian names sounding the same. The manager who had taken my order at 11AM by phone might have had a bad day. However she blamed me for their errors and mistake. A big shout and 5 stars to the employees who made the pizzas. However I did waste almost 1 hour waiting due to Cenarios of not having the pizzas when I came to pick them up. However i will coninue to support and give them another chance since I have beern a long time customer of Cenarios for close to possibly 15-20 years. I also thank the owner for reaching out to.discuss the natter and apologize for what happened. I continue to recommend and tell people to try cenarios pizza for some...
