I’m not sure how much of this is this location's fault directly, but the whole experience was pretty frustrating. The Subway app picked a restaurant location and dropped a random pin for my address, neither of which I selected.
Then I started getting rude texts from the delivery driver, saying I messed up and he couldn’t believe he had to deliver for $10. He ended up refusing to bring my order and told me to ask for a refund instead. Problem is that the Subway app doesn’t have any clear way to request one. You have to submit a form with your email and then get auto-reply emails that don’t even relate to your issue.
Turns out the app uses DoorDash, and the driver’s name was Gurdeep. Strangely, when I finally got email replies, they were from someone with the same name. I don’t know if it was a coincidence or what, but it was weird.
After emailing several times, I finally got a call two weeks later from a woman who said she was the owner of this location. So apparently, she was getting my emails. She mentioned they got a refund from DoorDash and would call me back to issue it to me, but that never happened. Now they’re not answering or responding, and when I called the store, the staff just said they’d take down my info. Still nothing.
I understand apps, franchise systems, and delivery services can all be messy, but in the end, no one—from the app support to the actual store—took responsibility or helped. Really...

I called the place informing them of this and the manager with a thick heavy Indian accent (could barely make out what she was saying) basically just said screw you and your order, we're very busy right now. Didn't even offer my any compensation- just told me to come back and BUY another sub and they wouldn't charge me for the price of the order they messed up on. Terrible.
