The WORST customer service experience ever. We saw the bad reviews while housesitting but gave them the benefit of doubt. We called and sat through a message where they said they don't carry change, drivers do not get out of cars, and you have 1 minute to get outside of they leave. Um, okay. The girl girl who finally answered was very short and angry with us. Instantly put us on hold and came back asking "what do you want?" We ordered two Big Deals which was obviously the worst thing to ever happen to her. Kept saying she couldn't hear me and asking me to repeat then cutting me off, mumbling and muttering curse words. I tried to ask for extra sauce and she cut me off mid order by yelling my total. I asked for the extra ranch and said "Are you for real? I gotta start this whole damn thing over." and cussed more. Never been so baffled. Then she asked for my card and I said "One sec" but realized I had it memorized and started saying it. This girl pulls the phone away and says, where I can still hear, "This whole damn time and you can't have a **ing card ready?" At this point we decide never mind and she comes back, again yelling, "I need to put you on hold if you're not gonna say nothing, we busy." I said "You know what, cancel the order, we'll go somewhere else." and she said "Fine, bye." My friend called back to speak to a manager and the same girl answered again with an attitude already. "Why do you need a manager so y'all can complain about me?" My friend said "Yes actually, what's your name?" She wouldn't give it and wouldn't put the manager on the phone. She put us on hold and another man who we literally couldn't understand through his high mumbling answers, but wasn't the manager. Hold again. She comes back. "He said we busy." ... we get that, that sucks. But you just cussed a customer out. She tries to lie about his and her name, takes 2 minutes to lie about where the manager is, and apparently they're busy? My friend is livid at this point and the girl tries to back pedal and say she'll take our order and she "apologizes for that" (That being too busy cussing about me to hear my card number). We never heard from a manager. Called a different Cousin Vinny's who knew how bad this one was and said customers come running to them to avoid the other. Told us actual manager's name and a friend is already working on contacting someone higher up. Read moreMy boyfriend and I ordered a pizza last night that was delivered cold. I called to either ask for a partial refund or redeliver a hot pizza. The guy that answered, and was making the pizza, told me to hold and kept me on hold, never returned to the phone. We drove up to the location to get a fresh pizza. I told him that my main complaint was that it was cold, but I believe I messed the order up by ordering no cheese on 1 side of the pizza and asked if he could also add cheese to the other side when remaking it. He said he was going to remake it how the original order was. I told him that was fine, we can just pay for the cheese to be added. He started to say he wasn't remaking the pizza at all because I only wanted the cheese, that my complaint wasn't about the pizza being cold. He asked "Do you have a microwave", that he "hooked up the cheese" on my boyfriend's side of the pizza. He was really unprofessional until my boyfriend stepped in the conversation due to how the guy was addressing me. We left the pizza there as we didn't want it anymore and we didn't want a new pizza after his behavior. If there are cameras, please run them back. I do no live in the area and wouldn't recommend this place if this is how paying customers are treated. We deserve and want a refund...
Read moreProbably the worst decision to order from this location, I’m a driver myself and it don’t take 1:30 am till now and still no pizza at 3:15 am . Called too see where they were and got put on hold for 6 mins then called again cause I hung up and still hold for another few minutes and then I had a call interrupting and it was the driver, called the totally wrong orders number. Said he was outside “can’t you see me?!” I’m like my guy you are NOT at my house!? He then realized after me telling him he wasn’t here he was like “my fault my fault my fault !” I called the wrong number ! And I’m over here like 👹 by now. Called the store back and told them I want a refund and the guy said “we’re short staffed and go through your bank for a refund” and hung up. W a delivery fee of 7.99 plus the tip I left, this is insane. The store is 2 mins away from my house and the only reason I didn’t just pick it up is because I’m on crutches 🙃 I bet they spit in the food.
