Ordered my pizza at 10:08 they said 20 minutes told me it was $23 call back to add something to the order. No one ever answered. Go up to the store to pick my order up and they tell me that I donāt have a order at all so Iām a little confused on whatās the point of the tracker which I have evidence on my phone and whatās the point of a third-party taking orders they canāt even send them to the store. It was a big inconvenience. When I got home I realized that it was not what I ordered and I got hot wings instead of BBQ. Unfortunately they had already closed and I had two hungry children! Well the next day I give them a call and let them know that they made a mistake I spoke with the manager named Tyree he told me that I should have saved the pizza until the next day even though I had my receipt he told me that there is nothing he can do about it because I should have return the pizza and I explained to him that they were closed so I had to wait until the next day to call and because I did not save the pizza he would not do anything about it. His lack of good customer service is beyond me. I have never had someone talk to me and be as unprofessional as he was.I called corporate still have not received a phone call back from them. Dominos lost a frequent customer and we will not be ordering...

What I don't like is that when I order for delivery the site will tell me that my food cant be delivered to my work address so I have to call to have it switched to delivery from a carryout. I got tired of doing that so I contacted the cooperate office to see if they could fix it. They didn't bother to read what I wrote and responded that I could use the delivery option to get it delivered to my home address. But if they would have read what I wrote they would have seen that I'm having problems with my work address. So I emailed them back that I was unsatisfied about them not addressing my issue and didn't get any response at all back. I'm a disappointed customer that still has to order online then call each time I want Domino's at work. Please Domino's you can do better I'm sure! Most people will say just call in your order but if I do that I don't get my points added so I can get a free pizza. So two thumbs down...
