Manager jai is a jerk. Given this location $100s+ amount of money and every order I've ordered only half are correct. I'm done being a customer after tonight. I was treated like a piece of gum you step on off the street. No need to treat customers the way he did/does. I always order my pizza the same and now my $11 gluten free pizza is going in the trash because they added pineapple when all I wanted was Ham and bacon. When I called to make a compliant he said that is how it was ordered and that it was my fault. It most certainly was not. Not the first time a mistake has happened with him on duty. He just doesn't want to admit that he made a mistake. Most companies no matter the company usually apologize for the mistake and offer to fix it and not point the finger at the customer by saying that the customer is the wrong. I live local and my food is always hot , ready on time and done correctly. I did have an experience with an evening manager , who was charging me 3-5$ taxes on every order I had for about 3 months. And everytime I would go there I would tell him there's no taxes on food. And there's not. But he always made extra for 7.99 I would pay 10.52 when there's not supposed to be any taxes on food in the state of Ohio. So looking at the situation , he was stealing money from customers.
