Our family has been ordering the Yuletide nut mix as gifts for over 30 years... in years past it would always be a 5 star review... fantastic product and service....

this year my elderly mother who has always ordered by phone and is not computer savvy... was put thru the ringer by a customer service rep on your sales order phone line...when My mother started to place the order the rep told my mother that she needed to order by computer...my mother explained to the sales rep that she does not get on the computer and at this point the sales rep asked if she could go to a neighbor or family member to place the order... after multiple requests to place the order, the sales rep finally relinquished and took a partial order ( for only the orders directly shipped to my mother ) the sales rep refused to take any orders to be shipped to other people and told my mother she needed to find someone with a computer.. The order was placed on the 5th of December and the Sales rep told my mother that she wasn't sure if the order would make it by Christmas ( it arrived on dec 7 )

Who is this Brain Surgeon that you are passing off as a Sales Rep?

Can someone from your executive team explain this to me?

The only way I can tell who this rep might be is a line item on the packing list that says.....

A kind and generous neighbor of mine gave me a nicely designed 1lb. holiday tin of their Fancy Mixed Nuts. I found that they were EASILY the very best mixed nuts I've ever had. I can't recall ever having a mix without peanuts, but this one was without them...and seamingly replaced the peanuts with cashews, which made a huge difference. Nothing against peanuts, but having only cashews, almonds. pecans and brazil nuts made for a superior product.
