The boy running the counter with black curly hair and a nose ring was very rude and appeared not to have showered for days. He was running his hands through his hair and touching his face while making drinks. When I stated my drink was cold, which it very much was, he went crazy screaming about how he had steamed it for a minute and it couldn’t possibly be cold. He then grabbed my drink and started screaming that it wasn’t cold and had a temper tantrum. If this is what represents Dunkin’ Donuts, the future is not looking very bright.
