(May 26th, 2024) My bf called in a 2go order for a 20 piece 1/2 terriayki 1/2 bbq with 2 sides of ranch, after being on hold for 20 min, hanging up on him & calling back.... The young lady upfront at the register told him he could not do half n half - so he just asked her to do 10 & 10 if we couldn't split the sauce for a 20 piece. I go up to get our order, i cash out she hands it to me - immediately I notice it was wrong. There was 1 box of chicken & 2 sauces. She decided to ring us up for a 20 piece and 2 different sauces. I explained it was wrong and that I didn't understand why because I heard him order and it was very clear when we finished ordering we would just take the 10 bbq & 10 terriayki with 2 rances. She proceeds to tell me I'm a liar .. then takes the order back to be fixed. When the order was ready she hands me 2 boxes without the ranch, so I let her know agian I was missing my 2 ranches I paid for. She goes back and only gets me ONE ranch.. I said ma'am I ordered 2, I would like to have the 2 I ordered back-- she proceeds to tell me I was only getting one.. I explained that i didn't understand why she was making this whole process a bigger situation then it should be and proceeded to tell me if i wanted my 2nd ranch i had ALREADY payed for that she was charging me ANOTHER dollar. At this point I ask for a manager! She goes to the kitchen door with an attitude, yells loud enough for everyone to hear "managers name SHE WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK WITH YOU" --- The manager comes forward asks me what the issue is, I showed her the receipt explained what went wrong... Needless to say the manager gave me my 2 ranch, and I was on my way... I was very disappointed in the way the young lady at the counter taking orders / cashing out handled customer service. I was 100% dissatisfied. Half my food was cold- most of the chicken was super hard and crispy . She was NOT perfessional or customer service friendly.
At this point I didn't even wanna give a 1 ⭐️ review but in order to put this review up I had to click one. My advise please do better with customer service & food being fresh. I didn't deserve her disrespect or crappy food- I didn't make...
Read moreI came into the Frickers on Woodman Drive to have dinner with my two children. My five-year-old was really squirmy and me and my daughter were talking and talking to him trying to help him calm down. The waitress came up took our order for our drinks, and my son had ordered a juice she brought him pink lemonade. I explained that we asked for juice and not pink lemonade. She said we don’t have pink lemonade here and I opened the cup and showed them it was pink lemonade. She then proceeded to take it to the back to go get him juice after arguing with me that the pink lemonade Was out and that it could not possibly be pink lemonade. The waitress at no point in time asked me and my daughter if we wanted refills on our drink and we continuously had to ask for refills after we ordered our food. My son continued to be really squirmy so I had my daughter walk up to the front and ask if they had crayons and paper thinking it would’ve been appropriate for the waitress to offer it to us they never did. My daughter was brought the wrong thing so we explained that she did not order fries. She ordered mac & cheese. They went to the back to go get the mac & cheese brought it out when I got the bill they had billed me for the fries I went upfront to pay for the food. I explained to them we did not order that fry that it was mistakenly given to us and the waitress Said well that’s not what’s in my book and started getting really sassy. She said she would take it off this one time and took off the one fry swiped my card slammed the papers down in front of me for me to sign and just walked off. Did not even proceed to say have a good day or anything as I was signing my paper I said well she already took the card and swiped it. I’m not leaving my papers behind with my credit card information just laying out. I wanted to leave this and I will plan on calling today. A store manager to explain explain on how how rude my waitress was to me...
Read moreHave only eaten here twice. Once was several years ago and the food was mediocre at best. Decided to try again because we wanted hot chicken chunks. Got home and they tasted completely bland like they weren’t tossed in sauce at all, shown in first picture. So I called and they told me to bring them back in. I feel like I was super nice about it for someone who’s always iffy on sending food back for fear of it being tampered with. I was told that the wings actually were tossed in sauce but they absorbed the sauce because it’s a buttery sauce. Maybe I shouldn’t compare to different restaurants, but when I worked at Angie’s firehouse tavern and would get chicken chunks tossed, the sauce would be visible and would get on your fingers when picked up, and the sauce would be on there hours later, so I don’t know if I’m being gas lit but they did end up giving me more sauce to just dip them in which is why I gave 5 stars for service. But I stand by my one star because the food here just isn’t worth it. I dipped one and set it aside to see if it would still be covered or absorbed after 15 or so minutes, and after waiting, you could still see and taste the sauce. So lesson here is, if you order chicken chunks, don’t get them tossed because you’ll be wasting your money. They’re extremely bland if that’s what they’re “supposed” to look and taste like and not worth the money. I thought frickers was supposed to be well known for their chicken. For reference they are supposed to be tossed in hot sauce. First picture is before I returned and the other pictures are after with sauce poured on them. Are they always this bland looking when you ask for tossed or was...
