While most folks at this location are wonderful, an older woman and her coworker were absurdly rude about my order on the app requesting dipping sauces because I didn't have nuggets on my order. I use the sauces on my burger and fries, which MCDONALD'S THEMSELVES advertise as a thing on some of their meal collabs with Saweety (comes with 2 sauces and only 4 nuggets, and recommends pouring sauce on the burger) and Travis Scott (bbq sauce, recommended for dipping fries).
It wasn't any of the "collectible" sauces or limited time offerings. It was just a few of the standard ones with 4 full meals.
The order was prepaid on the app.
There was another older woman at the window giving me nasty looks, so I assume she was the person that called the manager over about it. I pulled up, she opened the window and greeted me with a rude, "You wanna pay for these sauces?" I was thrown off with the attitude and question so said... "Not.. if I don't have to?" I didn't have a payment method on me, and it's not my fault they don't have their app prices correct. Every other mcdonalds seems to be able to set theirs to charge if they want to, so it's not like I'm trying to con them out of 70 cents of sauce or something. She proceeded to tell me off that I was not allowed to have ANY sauce without nuggets, sauce is for nuggets only, and I would "be lucky" if she "let me" have 2 different sauces.
I was fully at the whim of the sauce police. After being reprimanded for 3 minutes, I told her to do whatever she was gonna do because this was insane to argue with a customer about in this manner.
The sauces she gave me were one I asked for, and one I absolutely hate and would never request. So she couldn't even get my order right and wasted sauce in the end.
(They also often include stuff I don't want, like jelly and creamer with a breakfast sandwich. I would never complain about that, but if sauce is breaking their bank, maybe start asking if people need jelly or butter to save 3 cents there, instead of having a meltdown over in app sauce prices.)
This was such a ridiculous event that I now avoid this mcdonalds despite it being just up the street. It was completely...
Read moreWent here awhile ago with some of my friends. Terrible terrible experience. Went came through and ordered a small fry three mcdoubles and one large coke. Pretty simple right? Well we pull up and pay and we get the food and no drink. Then i try some of my fries and they were disgusting. And they also gave us an extra mcdouble.so we went back through and told them what was wrong so they were like okay go ahead and pulled around. So we sat in the drive thru for a good 5mins because it was so busy. But the inside was closed so we had to wait. Then we pull up and the manager tells us very rudely that a coke wasnt on our order so if we wanted it wed have to pay for it. So we were like we didnt know it wasnt on our order because we know we told them and he even repeated back to us with one on it then for some reason changed it. So we were like well we paid for this extra mcdouble you decided to ring up instead of the drink so will you take this back and give us the drink. He said he didnt want our nasty food back and that we needed to either pay for the coke or leave "his property". He was just completely rude to us and then he slammed the window door in my face. Then i went to eat another fry out the one they just gave us and it was from the SAME batch of NASTY fries. After we sat in their drive thru waiting for 5mins plus for new fries and a drink for them to give me more nasty ass fries. And be extremely rude. Ive worked in fastfood before and still do and not once have i ever treated a customer poorly even if they were being jackasses. I would have called back but was so angry i didnt even want to do that just to be treated rudely yet again. Mcdonalds needs to get their managers in check. They are terrible. I refuse to buy any more food from this location. The only reason ill come to it at all is if i want icecream really late or a smoothie. I dont trust their...
Read moreI just had a horrible experience that dehumanizede and left me in tears. First there's something you should know about me. I'm in renal failure. Sometimes I'm so bloated and filled with fluid it's uncomfortable. The only way I can feel better is Dialysis 3 times a week. Sometimes alli can do is get in my vehicle to grab cup of coffee and feel halfway normal. This morning I'm doing laundry and needed a coffee. In my opinion McDonalds has the best for the price and taste. The woman at the first window taking my money was so sweet and pleasant. However when I pulled up to the 2nd window the woman gave me my coffee, and was going to hande my bad with it breakfast sandwich but instead called over her coworkers, them 3 other people came to the window (tall white man with a scruffy beard, a taller white woman in a hair net and brown shirt, the. The knstagater, short woman in a blue shirt, long eyelashes and pretty blue nails) to gawk and laugh at me like we are in grade school. So while they were laughing she opened the window gave me my bag and couldn't even look me in the eye. I don't blame her I'd feel shitty for what I did if I was her too. She doesn't know a damn thing about me and didn't have to use me as a punchihg bag. I went there in a great mood and left there feeling horrible about myself. I plan on complaining until either my options for people to take my complaint are done or I am satisfied this woman won't do what...
