KFC — Restaurant in Ohio

This KFC is a joke in service and product. I was told on 10/20/22 at 7:30 p.m. that there's NO original coating and they ONLY had wings and breasts. Why even stay open if you can't offer anything but "crispy" breasts and wings along with side orders. I even tried to order and extra side order of green beans and was told all they had was mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. When I tried to ask about the types of chicken they did have (when I first got to the drive-thru ordering area), I was rudely cut short, and advised about only having two types of chicken and only crispy coating. This place needs to be shut down, restocked with both the products offered on the Menu and restocked with quality employees that will follow the KFC protocol that you do get from every other KFC...polite, professional, and...

Went to drive thru at this location...sat for a pretty decent amount of time before being acknowledged...then they wasnt taking anything but cash at that time. Not sure uf tgere was a sign up or if it got tore down but didnt see one stating that. So after making sure had cash on us..was then told chicken tenders would be a 7 minutes wait . we agreed to wait since they would he fresh, but i ordered the strips and wedges for 2 and considering it was a 7 mi ute wait on strips i figured the wedges would be fresh also...they were anything but- so old and tough and almost chewy. Tasted like cooked in old oil for 10 minutes to long and left to sit out all day. Not impressed at all. ** everyone has bad days, hopefully this day was just that..a bad...

Walked into this establishment after seeing Multiple hiring sign in window. Walked into restaurant doors unlocked I walked in and was greeted nicely by the back window operator but before I could even opened my mouth to Explain why I was in the restaurant you can hear the manager. “ Why are you in here? The inside is closed ,Go lock my lobby doors, You can’t be in here”. Mind you this is at 10:35am the restaurant opens for business at 10:30am. Also I followed all cdc regulations the store seemed So welcoming with the enter sign and the stay 6 ft back, enter this door, exit this door. I called my self trying to be professional I guess KFC just missed out on an potential employee...
