Rally's — Restaurant in Dayton

This is the worse rally's I have ever been to. As a kid rally's was my favorite place! If there was another restaurant over in this area like Wendy's or McDonald's rally's which is now checkers would never get my business. They are disrespectful, unprofessional, they are confrontational with customers! My order was wrong because of a new cashier and I was told they cant fix it! My order was missing a fry so I called in they gave me a name when I went to the window a hour later they told me they don't have a worker by that name and argued with me! Another time my wings were hard and over cooked! I will be getting another car very soon and you better believe all checkers will never get my business again due to just this one! I work 2 jobs and not always do I want to get on the bus and go down or up Salem to another restaurant! I have been in Dayton 2 yeas and in 2 years I have visited this checkers maybe 7x's due to the service! I literally get on the bus most of the time for fast food because they just there for your money! I don't recommend any one to this rally's unless they are desperate for ignorance, disrespect, and service with an attitude! Me personally if I am spending my $ and I spend 20$ and up every time I visit a restaurant I want great service because I really don't like spending my money! Do you? Well in a nut shell I would rather see this rally's closed down and another restaurant in it's place that gives service...

Confession time - until a few weeks ago, I had never been to a Rally’s. But hubby and I were in the mood for grubby food. So when we drove by this place, we decided to give it a try. Sitting in the drive through, browsing the menu and knowing nothing, but something called the Baconzilla caught our attention. This is a double burger that triples the cheese (American AND cheddar), quadruples the bacon and has ketchup and mayo. Woah. Talk about a meaty, greasy, saucy burger that totally delivered! This burger tasted so good, that we went back for seconds the same evening.

On this second trip, hubby picked up the Baconzilla and a Big Buford. This burger is just your classic double topped with two slices of American, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard and mayo. While it definitely was t as new and exciting as the bacon burger, it really was a solid burger with great flavor. The lettuce, tomato and onion really tasted fresh, too.

We also got fries both times. They are pretty good fries. But I have to say that they reminded me of Arby’s curly fries, but they weren’t as punch-you-in-the-face-with-flavor. So they left me wanting more.

We will certainly become Rally’s regulars now. Next time, I’d love to try their Bacon Roadhouse, because bacon with bbq, ranch and crispy onions sounds like...

I hate to be like this but 01/22/25 after leaving hospital my family and I swung by for some good rally food and it was everything but good rally food. It wasn’t busy. But cashier was all over the place. The toon my card and gave it back without receipt I thought it will be with my food ( this was about an hour experience of bad service) he had us pulls around to the other side. The came out a side door and dropped someone a food, the manager looked to be intoxicated, we got a small bag of food and had to wait 40 mins give or take for drinks which we pulled on up to see my drink sitting with a sleeve of lids with chili or something splattered all over them laying in my drink. I could hear the manager talking so rude to the cashier he was in tears when he did give us our drinks and I told him it’s not worth it go home and get a better job there is alot more too much to type Update about today, I’ve called in and off all day from 9am something and still...
