MIKE was very rude when i came in! He has to understand he sets the tone & the energy for the people coming in For enjoyment .. My recommendation is to get younger security that has customer service and professionalism when you come in.. it’s supposed to be an experience of a lifetime when you walk in, win or lose! You treated me unfair and was very rude. been coming here for years.. how ‘s hey hello! how are you? the dealers have no drive to make tips. just plane ole boring id rather take my money to best bet in saint augustine were people greet you the moment you come in.. they have ppl in suits catering to you the moment you come in! Also have deals on food & opportunity to win free play on sports days.. employees are rude, old, & boring there’s no excitement at the dog track anymore. take your money and experience else where im sure you’d have a lot more fun. Mike’s exact works were “ you can go somewhere else and never come back we don’t care” & all i was doing was expressing my feelings.. im calling corporate on him for sure! just straight up nasty...

Shutting down table games as early as midnight, and not asking if you were done yet is making it hard to gamble here. When asked why they shut the table down the floor said “ they had to get a dealer out”. Not sure what that means. I understand labor costs however, if you decide to shut a table game down ask if players are done playing. Four card flush should have not shut down when there are people who want to play. Thank you but going to drive the extra 20 minutes to orange city. I know owned by same company but floors understand not to shut tables while enough people...

Not a ton to write home to mom about...but it's fun winning at one card poker (best odds available)...for those that aren't sure what 1 card poker is...do you remember War as a kid? Head to head highest card takes both cards...tie means 3 cards down and face up last card...same thing here! Won $150 in 15mins...cashed out and left! It's always a wise decision to check the app to see if your game is going on...apparently they suspend certain games at certain times based...
