McDonald's — Restaurant in De Queen

Ordered a #3, no Mustard, add Mayo through the Drive-Thru. The Cook added so much Mayo that there were huge globs of it coming out every side and the Fries were cold. I parked, went inside and calmly explained the problem. The Person I spoke to just walked away and got the Supervisor. She came up and in a very condescending tone while she leaned against the wall I "could" remake this for you...she said..then she accused me of cursing at her Employees. Nothing could be further from the truth. I never raised my voice and I certainly never cursed at anyone. I just wanted my Food cooked correctly. When she said that, I told her to just give me a refund. I am sure it is hard to find good Management help these days in Dequeen Arkansas but whatever Supervisor was on duty today at Noon needs remedial training before someone that is not polite like me bi*ch slaps her. We went drive through. You know fast food and all. Ordered 2 burgers with fries. We waited to pay for over 3 minutes at the first window. No biggie. We were then asked to pull up at the second window. We politely denied pulling up as they said our food was only 2 minutes from being done. After we denied to pull up the manager came out. Politely asked us to pull up and our food only had a minute left. Nobody that ordered behind us had a ready order so we politely denied. Had our food service without a smile and no thank you. No option to donate to the Ronald McDonald's foundation. I understand they have a time limit. I can't tell you how many times iv pulled up and waited 10+ minutes. At this location. Disappointed in the service and care for the job overall from the employees. It's no longer about...

Hands down one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

The interior is disgusting. Looks like it only gets cleaned at the beginning and end of day.

Customer service is non existent. They don't care what food you've ordered or where it was ordered on. I ordered at the kiosk a plain cheeseburger and some drinks and never got any of it.

Had to stand awkwardly at the counter before ever being offered any cups to drink out of.

Never got the cheeseburger. I certainly don't need to add it to my waist line, so I just took the L on it.

Regardless, a total house cleaning needs to be done here. The potential is there for this to be a good location but they employ the absolute lowest common denominator of people and don't put any sort of premium on cleanliness or...
