I just want to start off by saying that this is in no way a review criticizing the food as the food is great. I am very upset with the customer service here. I order food every single week from here and have been for years as I live like 5 minutes away. I called at 7:41 PM on June 19, 2025 and the girl who answered the phone is very dry barely responds and made me feel like she is doing me a favor by taking the order. Her tone is not inviting at all and as a business owner myself I would not tolerate any employee answering a phone like that. This unfortunately has been a recurring issue every single time i call to order. All that aside, my second issue is with the pricing. I usually never look at the prices but was shocked when I was told my order was $50. I ordered a whole italian, a half italian, a chicken Caesar wrap, and a large curly fries and the total came out to $50. I added the prices up from the menu on their official website and only got $34. They charge a delivery fee but $16 is a little bit of a stretch. When I asked the delivery driver (who is amazing and is probably the only reason I still order to this day) he called the same girl and she simply said ‘the prices on the website are not updated’. I went and added the prices on DoorDash and still got $41. All in all the food is good but you can’t have high prices and very poor customer service. I probably would not order again and do not...

Read moreI usually leave good reviews but I feel like I have to do this for the owner to look at it. We ordered food for delivery at about 7:30. We were told it will take about 20/30 minutes to get delivered which is fine. 30 minutes comes around and no food, constant phone calls from the delivery driver asking where the house is and directions, also fine. All in all it took over an hour and a half for our food to get there. I understand that the delivery driver has multiple deliveries to make and I’m not blaming him, just feel bad for him as it’s Ramadan and he’s to deliver all of these orders. He finally comes around and charges us $15.00 for delivery which is ridiculous!! $15.00 for soggy, extremely late food. Again- I am not blaming the driver but this place should not take on more than they can handle. I feel bad for these workers. This is not right at all. We had guests having iftar at our house which made this even worse because they were forced to...
