Right off the bat the waiter was so rude he was trying to get us to order platters about five of them because our group was large and stead of individual plates and when we said no you could tell he became angry. Why would we spend $100 a platter for 5 platters? Then 20 minutes after everybody ordered he came up to tell us we have no rice. We made reservations for this party, there should have been plenty of rice cooked already. And what kind of Arabic restaurant runs out of rice? If he was trying to sell us the platters would he give us those without rice?? Then I asked for the manager and I’m positive he sent up just another waiter who only argued with me when I stated we should get a discount since the rice is not included. He could’ve handled that situation way differently. He also kept cutting me off when I was trying to talk to him. No manager and none of the waiters even said a word to us when we were walking out and we were the last party to leave. All of them just gave us dirty looks as we were walking out. No “have a goodnight! Thanks for coming” nothing. They gave us plastic utensils with meat to cut just so that they wouldn’t have to wash those dishes. The waiter then said that they had no tea but when I was speaking to the “manager” he said they did have tea which is when I told him his waiter lied then. Any other time I would’ve taken it as a mistake but this waiter clearly did not want to give us great customer service. I asked for glasses with ice since all of the drinks were super warm and never got that. Had to drink warm drinks the whole time. The waiter clearly looked irritated every time we asked for additional items. They didn’t even give the birthday girl a knife to cut the cake with or any of us. I had to cut the cake with a plastic butter knife while serving it. After we came home everyone from the party has diarrhea and horrible stomach aches. Not to mention the roof vents were leaking water on us while eating. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO...

Read moreDetailed review. Honest review. When we first walked in, we werent greeted. The 2 young men who walked in after us, were greeted and seated before us. We had booked a reservation, window seat. After about 6 minutes we finally went up to the register to say we have a reservation. 5 minutes later a server takes us to a table in the middle of the restaurant. They give us 1 menu, and leave. 5 minutes go buy, until we get ahold of another server to tell them we had reserved a window table. He proceeded to tell us they are reserved. We then tell him, we also reserved one. They then change tables for us to what we reserved. We still only had 1 menu so we had to take turns looking at what we wanted. Mind you, this is our FIRST AND LAST time here. We ordered our food and waited. When our food came out, 1 thing at a time, the hummus, had a weird odor and taste to it. The bread was great. The kafta (grilled in pita bread) was severely undercooked so we asked to take to kitchen to make it well done. When the kibbi came out, it was decent. When our mixed BBQ grill came out, the chicken kabob had the same odor and taste as the hummus, really weird. The meat was visibly red and bloody and severely undercooked. We asked for it to be well done and took back to the kitchen to be cooked properly. When it came out again, it was almost room temperature and was still SEVERELY UNDERCOOKED. At this point, we had enough. It smelled off, and was not cooked the way we wanted it. It felt very UNWELCOMING. from stepping inside, to now leaving the restaurant. We complained, not a discount was made. We did get an apology from the server. Which is appreciated. We paid our full bill, only have eaten the salad.... and left. Mind you, we were fasting. We were hungry. We left disappointed. Im sorry but this was TOO much. The very cheap utensils also came in paper bags. For such a nice looking restaurant, it was truelly a...
