Scoops N Smoothies — Restaurant in Dearborn

Was around the area and thankfully a Google recommendation pointed me to this gem of a shop. I'd like to give a Shout out to the lovely lady who made some custom ice cream art for a first time customer and awesome experience. She was very friendly and let me sample a couple of ice cream flavors to ensure that I was satisfied with my choice. Decided to go with her recommendation while adding my touch to things.

Gotta say they have some delicious ice cream here. Was pleasantly surpsied by the high quality of their ice cream and fresh toppings. Went with a peanut butter with cup and dark pieces flavor topped off w/cheesecake pieces, brownies, and hot fudge. Let's just say I was in sugar heaven lol For a regular portion size it was more than plenty to satisfy anyone and their sweet tooth.

Overall this is really a hidden diamond of a shop. The hospitality, service, staff and menu items are all equally on par. While enjoying my treat, Felt very welcoming and comfortable. This place is a must try if you're in the mood to cool down this summer. They have several more selections to choose from aside from ice cream like smoothies and bowls which I look forward to trying upon my next future visits. I read the reviews and they seemed pretty good. The man welcomed us when we first came in and he was cool, so I decided to try it out with my daughter. I ordered the Mango Delight smoothie, but mine had no taste. When I explained this to the guy over the phone, he told me it would taste the same even if he remade it. I didn’t have an issue with that—what bothered me was how he cut me off, spoke rudely, and then hung up on me, even though I was respectful the entire time. That’s not how you treat paying customers. I was surprise by hygiene in this place my first time in here was by accident price were not crazy although it could more affordable but it didn’t change my mind about this place at all I got there although they had customers the lady on cash register greeted us and when I was waiting Hussain called me and said I would be with in moment I got mint chocolate chip and strawberry I loved both flavors specially strawberry ice cream it had chunk of real fruit and I always appreciate natural ingredients I always appreciate customer service like this I would visit here again just to see how great the...
