Ordered by mistake online from wrong Telegraph Rd location. Ordering Sub for homeless man. I called and ask that the order be cancelled and I could reorder at the 5605 Telegraph location , the person I talked to refused to help me saying " do it in the app" when I called back to say the app didn't have this feature she still refused any help " I can't do anything". At the 5605 Telegraph location the person made one call " she CAN cancel it , just doesn't want to ", and got the error sub cancelled. So point is , if counter person was so obstructing and unhelpful in this, that attitude probably carries over into other aspects of the job.
--Order your subs from the 5605 Telegraph location if you have a choice! Much Nicer people.

UPDATE 3/29/22 My money was returned to me. Im still disappointed that people who work for private owned subways make the store look bad. I did speak with the manager William who was so polite and apologetic. I WILL order from here again but hopefully not during the shift of the person who was rude and disrespectful to my amazing husband who works 60+ hrs a week to support his family. (RANT OVER) ZERO STARS FOR NOW I placed an online order and the staff told my husband that they did not receive our order. Not only that they refused to make our food or give us a number to speak to a manager and they also refused to give us there names. So now I have to call in the morning and start my day off with stress. I never thought Subway would make me so angry!!! 😠...

As it can be seen from the pictures, I requested that my 6 inch subs be cut in half. They ignored this request. This is the 2nd Subway to do this, but the first time I'm leaving a review about it. Also, when I place an order online, I expect to walk in, grab my complete order, and walk out. I do not expect to grab my sandwiches from a shelf, walk over to another shelf to grab my chips, then walk over to the fountain drink machine to make my own drink before leaving the store. I would have taken another star for the condition of the restroom, but this Meatball Marinara sub is so good, I'll just leave...
